Flourish Bakery Cafe

Flourish Bakery Cafe is cute little bakery off of Brywn Mawr. It had a very Mom and Pop feel to it. There are tons of delicious desserts, pasteries, and sandwiches to choose from. You can also get little gifts like coffee or packaged baked goods for your friends! It's a great little spot to read the paper on a Sunday morning :)

Flourish Bakery Cafe is a new restaurant on the North Side in Edgewater. They offer a large selection of yummy baked goods, ranging from cookies and brownies to whole cakes and freshly baked breads. The store is currently, as of late July, still in their "soft open" phase and their entire full menu is not yet available, but you wouldn't know!

Most of the food has been prepared that day and is available in a deli case. These include a range of cold pasta salads, fruit salads, potato salads and the like. They also have lettuce-based salads and hot panini sandwiches and other wraps. They serve coffee from Metropolis coffee house, down the street.

The atmosphere is really clean and calming. They have plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your meal and offer carryout service as well. Treat yourself to something special from the bakery case! They are conveniently located off the Bryn Mawr Red Line El stop.
