i go there a lot because its close to my house, is affordable and like their herbal skin care stuff but i wish people were friendlier and the place could be more presentable. their prices were handwritten over printed out sheets taped on the wall... is it that expensive to get proper pricing signs? people don't smile that much... it doesnt take much to do that and make people feel welcome.
they used to have a loyalty card and without any indication/notification they stopped accepting it after i did my eyebrows there 7 times and was up for my freebie at the 8th. how ironic... to reward loyalty with flaking out on a customer. they could have been polite and comped it since they hadnt put any sign up but of course not. i didnt make a big deal but i was not pleased. two months later a big board was up.
Aisha is so successful, i wonder why she doesnt make a higher end location for people who will pay a little more for better service and more stylish surroundings.
