Just moved to Katy and this was my first car wash. I chose Bubbles because they are close to where I live. I was pleased with the service and attention to detail. Price was a little high, but they also gave me a free car wash, so that is great too!

I recently stopped by the Bubbles on Kirby, and had a very nice experience. I have an SUV, and had some stuff in the back. I offered to empty it myself so that it could be cleaned back there, but the service attendant did it for me. I was very pleased with the result! Thanks Bubbles! And thanks Matthew!

Great Facility, customer service was great.. In and out, no problems., The guys out drying and cleaning the inside where courteous and did a great job. !! Wash job was perfect I will definately return.

The Express Wax Combo was exactly what my car needed. Made my car look brand new. The clay bar treatment removed the impurities that had become imbedded in the clear coat. They did a great job.

My personal experience with Bubbles Car Wash is pleasant because the people are so friendly and warm. The most important thing I like is the quick, effective and efficient way they get the job done, paying attention to all the small details. The price is excellent. Highly recommend.

the service was great and the Attendant, (Lawrence) was a jewel. He made sure everything was done correctly and even gave me a ride to and from my job while the car was being serviced. It's always good to deal with customer friendly people like him.

The staff is always courteous and professional, top-notch service, good prices and much faster than the other car-wash companies in town. We have switched to Bubbles for all our vehicles, as well as finding the best greeting cards anywhere. On my way to a birthday luncheon or other occasion, I know I can always find a great card and get a clean car in a hurry.

I always enjoy bubbles! They take great pride in every car wash! No matter what type of car I have they make sure it is throughly cleaned from the inside out. I am very picky about crumbs, all I have to do is ask them to specifically clean one specific area of the car & they do! I fully reccommend if you haven't tried it you should. They always have promotions & kids selling coupons for free washes around Katy. Check it out!

Very friendly staff and the prices were great. I dropped off my car to have it detailed and they gave me a ride home then picked me up when it was done without making me wait and wait... plus it was only $80 to have the whole car completely detailed plus I got a free car wash next time. They did a really great job too. I was very pleased.

We get our cars cleaned regularly at the Katy Bubbles car wash and are always really pleased with their service and attitude! Prices are great too, especially when you buy a packet! Would recommend them without any reservation!

Excellent - very professional and friendly environment. We are from Illinois and chose them because they were on a route we were taking to MD Anderson. I would recommend them as a place to have your car washed in Houston.

They are fast, courteous, thorough, and efficient... a great business! I decided to take my car by on a day that was just too hot to wash my car myself. They did a fabulous job in about 15 minutes, with careful technicians "swarming" my CUV and removing every trace of dirt... then drying it thoroughly when they were finished.

The folks at Bubbles make you feel welcome and treat your car with care and respect. Even on a simple wash they will go over every curve and panel seam to make sure that even the dirt you typically don't see is gone. I learned about Bubbles about 2 years ago, and have been taking 3 different cars there since then... everything from an old Nissan that I can't let go of, to a high performance Mercedes.

I've been a customer of Bubbles for years. They are convenient, friendly, thorough and do a great job. Each and every time. In fact, when most companies are cutting back on staff and services, Bubbles seems to have taken to opposite tact; they have invested in and are upping their levels of customer service and support. Which makes a real difference to me and one of the reasons I will always be a customer.

Not only do they do a great job with the car, they are all polite. That makes a big difference. I like the tip jar, making it easier not to leave anyone out. It was organized and fast.

I used to go to Mister Car Wash, but Bubbles does a much more thorough/detailed job. The car is very clean, the staff very friendly, & the wait is easy even with kids - they have free activity books/crayons for them. I have been multiple times and have never been disappointed. Their prices are comparable to other similar washes.

I don't like to wait for anything, and Bubbles Car wash is fast and efficient. I usually get the basic wash and they always do a great job. The price is right and the entire staff is always friendly. I used to take my car to Splash for washings. After the interior got flooded in the last storm, I took it over to Bubbles to get the carpet shampooed. Bubbles blew the lid off of Splash. The Bubbles staff is courteous and professional. All of the available services were explained and the job was thoroughly completed. Normally, after leaving Splash I'd have water marks or unfamiliar scratches on my car. Not so with Bubbles. They have proven to be trustworthy and reliable. Forget Splash, I'm a new fan of Bubbles:-)

great experience. Best place in town to get your car cleaned. I felt like the attendants cared about my car and the experience I had. They took extra time to make sure that was totally satisfied before I drove away.

My car got egged so I needed a car wash and the service advisor was very helpful. The egg left damage so she gave me the card for a person that does touch up paint.I have visited many different Bubbles location and I have always had a positive experience.

Great service and they did a great job of doing what was asked. They also had free WiFi, which was great because it can be very boring waiting for a car to get worked on. They also completed the wash in a very timely manner. Overall it was a great experience

I was tasked with gathering a few items for a small party. Returning from the grocery store, I was forced to stop quickly and our bottle of wine hit the metal seat guide and broke.

Of course, this placed all of the wine on the carpet.

Bubbles cleaned the interior carpet and the "smell" is gone.

I have always had great service all the employees are very friendly.
I have recommended alot of people and not one has had a problem.
Hector is a great person to deal with he goes over and beyond to make sure that your car is done properly. All the negative reviews are from people that want something FREE. Visit them and believe me you will be happy with the service. Ask for Hector.

Went to get my car washed last week and they took 1 1/2 hours to do it, and did a horrible job! I paid $60 for it and they did not even vacuum under any mats or seats. The whole job was awful inside and out. After I got back home I noticed they STOLE all of my quarters out of the console!!!! It is a major rip off to go there. I rewashed the car myself when I got home.

Went in Memorial day 5-26-2008 took two hours to give horrible hand wash and leather cleaning for $65.OO Dropped something on hood and so far Tosh Manager and Russel Manager say that Bubbles will not take responsibility. Have contacted Mr Lawrence President to see if they take customer satisfaction seriously or If I need to get an attorney and sue them Evidently this is not uncommon at this location seeing the other feedback. Will update after I hear back from Mr Lawrence.

They damaged my mother's car...they have the worst customer service possible. They not only refused to honor the damage, but they were also extremely RUDE and tried to blame my mother...thinking of suing thsi place...just a warning do not ever use this place!!

I've always passed by this place and finally decided to get my Lexus washed there. I was thrilled with the results. They were fast, yet efficient. The car seemed brand new again. I didn't mind the price, but as stated before, there are some cheaper alternatives out there. This is my one-stop cleaning shop when I want to clean my Lexus.

CONS: Price

For a regular wash and vacuum, it costs $15 + tax. They also have added options like wheel cleaning and spray all the way to waxing. It can get quite expensive but they do a very good job. You can even watch your car go through the washing and then it's out in about 10-15 minutes even during busy times. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Bubbles stands out and is conveniently located just off Mason Road. The cost of their services is a little bit pricey for me, especially when compared with other companies in the area. I usually prefer to go somewhere where I can just wash my car myself and save a little money, but if I want my car to be really clean because I have company coming into town and want to show it off, it is money well spent! They do an awesome job and even when they have a lot of cars there to be serviced, they still have you in and out pretty quickly and they don't rush through to get your car done.

I like this place alot . I think they have great prices, great wash, great deals and programs. They also have a super detail service. The wait is never too long and the lobby has plenty to keep me busy. If for some reason there is a problem, they are always qucik to remedy the situation.
