I attended Rice University and must say that if you are able to get in, this institution will provide you with a great education. Often called the Harvard of the South, Rice doesn't receive the attention and respect it should, but the current president is working on that. The campus is big and beautiful. The facilities are great and it's in the middle of the huge city of Houston. As I said before, it's difficult to get in but no harm in trying, right?
