Vision Computer Tech Support is not what it seems, they advertise tech support with an average wait time of 15 seconds. However, as soon as they pick up they ask to put you on hold (as if you had a choice) After a 20 minute wait, the only thing their tech support does is tell you have to call the manufacturer to get support for your computer. Probably just as well, not being from New Dehli I couldn't understand what the Vision Computer rep was saying anyway. I understand Vision Computer owner Tarun Bhakta used to be a night manager at 7-11.

Vision Computers shipped the wrong product. Staff did not communicate. They were unwilling to correct the problem. They would not work with the vendor to get the correct product delivered. After giving me the runaround for a week, they had only one solution send the product back for a refund. Then to add insult to injury, They called to say if their vendor not received the product back within 14 days they would not give me a refund. I ordered from vision since they were local and advertised on our local radio station. After my experience, I would not buy anything from Vision.

I have bought 3 desktop computers from Vision. They carry superior products with an incredible 3 year warranty. So far no problems. Initially I had to call their tech support for assistance in installation. I was really impressed by the fact that you always get a human voice on their tech support line.

I contacted Vision Computers for help with a virus that had infected my system. I did not buy my system at Vision, and at first I was told that they give service priority to systems bought at Vision, but to my relief they eventually agreed to do a rush job on my system after I explained the urgency of my situation. Within two days they had cleaned up the virus and all other malware/spyware/adware on my system, and now it is not only able to function properly but it also seems to be much faster! I greatly appreciate how they went the extra mile for me on this!

I bought one of Vision's laptops a couple of years ago...thinking that I was getting a good deal, not great, but good. Looking back, I paid way to much for what I got. Also, I have had problem after problem with the laptop. When I first opened it out of the box at home on the first day I bought it, it had some sort of problem (I thought it was a memory leak), but after about 6 trips back and forth to their store and several months of having the same problem with the laptop, they still couldn't figure out what it was or how to fix it, so they gave me a replacement. But before the getting the replacement, during one of the services, one of the techs decided to upgrade me and install a web cam on the laptop without consulting me. When I went to pick it up (the original problem still was not fixed), he actually had the gall to charge me for the upgrade, when he installed it without even asking me if I wanted it! I even said as much, but still had to pay for the unauthorized upgrade! All I have to say, is if you buy from them, buy the extended warranty because you'll need it! I run very good virus software on my computer 24/7...haven't been a day without it since I bought the thing, but ended up getting a virus somehow...or at least that's what they said it was, but never could say exactly what or which one...so after wiping out all my hard drives and "fixing" the problem, I had to reinstall all of my files on the computer for about the 5th time...thank goodness I backed up my files! And of course, viruses aren't covered under warranty, so I had to pay out of pocket, a lot more than I bargained for, for that fix. Some people, such as Neal Boortz, have had great experiences with Vision, but as far as I'm concerned, I will not ever buy from them again nor will I recommend anyone else do so!

I have purchased 2 desktop computers from Vision and have 1 laptop computer purchased elsewhere. Technical support at Vision is first rate! I have had my laptop serviced by them at the store, and have had them log on remotely to both of my home units to fix problems. It should be noted that these problems were the result of a Vista install by someone else (not Vision) and virus issues (I have two teenagers in the house!). Raoul and Raymond (on two different occasions) were simply outstanding in getting me up and running in no time. I have nothing but great things to say about Vision!

My business has been doing business with Vision for quite a few years. They sell us namebrand servers, their inhouse workstations, software, licensing, parts. Their advice is free, and knowledgable. On the occasional issue with a part, or a software issue, they make whatever it is right. We plan to keep on doing business with them.

I bought this computer because of advertising that said 15 second tec support & 3 year guarantee. Last time I called I was on hold for 15 minutes & was told to bring in with a charge of over $200. The computer comes with no written materiel for reference.I will write Vision & give them the chance to make this right.I will post back if they do.If they do not repair this crashing computer under their warranty,

If you buy a computer from Vision Computers hope you never have to format your hard drive and reinstall windows. The drivers that are on the Windows XP disc DO NOT work with the plug n play devices that are installed on their mother boards, especially the ethernet plug. Afterwards, you are unable to go online to update said drivers. Their computer??s security infrastructure is terrible. You can install virus protection programs that remove viruses but there is nothing there to keep you from getting viruses. Bottom line, if you want to have to keep purchasing computer??s or keep having to repair your computer then this is the cheap away to go. If you want to have a computer that will last, pay the extra for a name brand computer.

I had a computer serviced by Vision Computers about six years ago. This computer was not purchased through Vision Computers because I lived in another state. I found that there is a vast difference between support of one of their own computers versus service of another computer not purchased at their company. Because of this, I felt like I was being mistreated for actually trying to get my computer serviced. Warranty service of my product was not really existent. Essentially, we had to literally ?trick? one of the phone technicians into helping us with the computer they repaired when it had a problem shortly after this. I realize that Neal Boortz who is a nationally syndicated talk show host speaks highly of Vision Computers, and that may very well be so. They may offer a really good in house designed product. But my experience with Vision Computers repair service was so bad, that I doubt I would ever purchase a new product from their company in the future.

PROS: Good service prices
CONS: Support after repairs non-existent
