Been there 3 times this year and they're always reasonably priced (once they even helped us out for free with a problem!) They are totally honest. Only criticism is that you have to call them, even if they say they'll call you. So just call them for updates and they are totally helpful nice people.

Notably good service experience. Frist time I found an honest auto repair shop Honest service and very friendly. The mechanics actually come out to explain what they find. I went in for shocks and an alignment and shocks they told me all I needed was an alignment that the shocks were fine. I tell all my friends about Mastertech Customer for life

NTB replaced my spark plugs and cross-threaded one of the plugs. My wife was driving the truck when the plug blew out of the head, creating a major issue. I took the truck back to NTB, but they did not have the capability to do the fix. So, I went to Bankston Ford in Frisco, who wanted to replace the head for $4,000.
I called Mastertech and told them the situation. The owner wasn't clear what the answer would be, but they wanted to look at the truck.
I had the truck towed to Mastertech and later that day I received a call telling me that they could do a helicoil and it would cost me $230 dollars.
1.5 years later, and my truck runs great and it didn't cost me $4,000.
Lessons learned:
1. Don't go to NTB - they put the wrong spark plugs in the truck (performance vs. stock) and cross-threaded the plug.
2. Don't go to NTB - they didn't take ownership of their mistake.
3. Don't go to Bankston - they are notorious for wanting to replace things instead of fixing the issue (they wanted to replace my Air-Ride system for $1,500 dollars, when the fix was a 5 dollar clamp).
4. Trust Matertech - I've been going to them for 2 years now and they're honest and straight forward. They never add things to the list of problems and will always call you if they find something that needs a look at.
It's so difficult in finding people that you can blindly trust in the autocare industry. I trust these guys whole heartedly.
Finally, they also referred me to a transmission shop who were also very honest. The transmission shop could have charged me $2,000 dollars for a overhaul, and instead, they told me about a manufacturer recall that saved me that money.
Honest people doing business with honest people.
Good luck!

Master Tech may have $100,000 worth ot tools and diagonstic equipment but their employees have little technical knowledge and do not know how to use any of it. It took them four days to bleed my ABS brakes and never bled them correctly. Yet they still charged me $100.00 and accomplished NOTHING. Take your vehicle somewhere else. Don't let the ASE sign fool you...it means nothing.

These guys are really good. I used to go to the dealer but they were very pricey and need the car for two days. Mastertech got the work done for a lot less in the same day

First shop I have ever been to where they did not try to rip me off. They told me it would be $200 to fix my car. When I went to pick it up it was only $160. They told me the part was less then they expected it to be. I tell everyone about these guys.

The auto repair shop is good with all possible tools for checking and repair. They are sound technical people to check the issues in your car. There prices are lower can standard name brand repair shops. Service is timely and satisfactory. They check the problems for free is you are ready to get it corrected by them else they are going to charge around 37.50$.
PROS: Technically Sound, Quick Service
CONS: Need to pay for checkup
