Lavande Nail Spa

I've been here two or three times throughout the past 3 years and the quality of the manicure/pedicure has been hit or miss. For me, it's really all about the atmosphere and convenience if I happen to already be at Santana Row enjoying the sunshine. Worth the extra $5 or so that I would pay at my neighborhood nail salon.

The service for the most part is friendly, but as with every nail salon I've frequented, they're usually not too willing to fix something you're unhappy with.

Pros: Lavishly decorated interior, offer you water, and on some weekend mornings have biscuits and little treats to snack on.

Cons: Can get booked solid so may need to make an appt in advance.

A friend recommended this nail spa, and I've been going since my first visit. Great atmosphere, extra touches such as scented water, plus quality nail polishes (choose from Chanel, etc). My pedicure always lasts at least two weeks. And the pedicure is only $25. The service is always great. My friend brings her 8 year old daughter w/ her, and she mentioned they do extra things for their young customers. I've had facials there as well -- a little pricey, but well done.

A friend and I made had pedicure appointments at Lavande and the service was great. The salon is lovely and conveniently located in Santa Row. They made sure that our seats were next to one another and that we finished as about the same time. Everything was so soothing and relaxing. I will definitely go back!

I just love Santana Row so when I decided to try this place for a pedicure I couldn't get an appointment that day. So I was a bit bummed and needed one badly. I came the next day and ordered the "Sweet Almond Latte". Let me tell you, I've had pedicures at some the top spas around and nothing compared to the service I got that day. I recommend any of their staff. I happend to use Jo Jo.... this is now my regular place to get my toes done. You simply just feel like a princess. Check out their website and treat yourself.

PROS: Excellent FIND :)
CONS: Call ahead to ensure you get an appointment
