i had one stop out to do my roofing and it was the most joyful experience. the crew leader Tim was the most helpful and explained everything as they were doing it and went out of his way to do extra for free........kodos to you Tim..........as for the office staff, what can i say, you all have been awesome and help make this one of the better home improvements companies i have delt with over the years............happy holidays to you all

We have had many "door knockers" come by the house as well as many, many phone calls over the last few years. We have a whole house fan in the attic of our colonial and can not use the blown in type insulation. One "door knocker" said they had blanket insulation so I agreed to have them come out for an estimate. When they called to make the appointment, I reminded them about the attic fan. Thet said they only do blown in so I told them to take our phone number off their calling lists. This did not work - we kept getting calls. I called there and asked to talk to a supervisor. I explained the problem and asked to not call us any more. This also did not work as the calls kept coming. On Dec 1st at 5:14 PM, I got another call. When I "tore into" the phone caller, she hung up on me. I was so ticked off that I drove to their store on Metro parkway at Van Dyke. I saw a "suit" and asked if he was a supervisor. He said he was. I told him everything and asked that our phone # be taken off their calling list. He said that was impossible because it was in their computer and couldn't be taken off but our # could be put on a "DO NOT CALL" list. He had a beligerant attitude. He turned me over to a young lady who said she would remove our # (not put it on a do not call list). His name is Scott Trendle. We'll see if the calls stop. If the calls continue, I may consider legal action for harassment. Ron L., Sterling Heights

Do NOT use this company!!! The wool was pulled over our eyes and boy did we get a run for our money. We got new windows, and we thought we were getting a good deal. Interesting, once everything was said and done, this company is unreachable. It's very suspicious, and these guys are slimeballs. We had HORRIBLE customer service and the installers were extremely unprofessional. They were also late, and they went against our contract, and have not gotten back to us about it. I contacted BBB and there is still a case pending. The owner of this company has some bad karma coming his way, I have a feeling this company will go down in the new few years. And whatever you do, don't let some slimeball named Harrold bring you cookies and act like a ______ just to get you to do what you want him to!!!

I had gutters and gutter guards put on my house by One Stop...did a good job, but came while I was not at home..my appointment was from 1p-5p..they were there before 1p...then the salesman came back for another estimate on my attic and left because a friend stopped by and said they didn't want other people to know their business...sounds fishy to me..only One Stop will be made at this house!

Thank you one stop you just did my pro shield roof and siding last year and Came out to do your yearly inspection we are so happy right now and we get so many compliments we would recommended to anyone that wants quality work for the best price in town

We chose this company over two other companies to install our replacement windows. The windows that were installed were okay, except for the fact that the order was screwed up for our half bath window and never "fixed". Also, the sales person said that he would be at our house during the install, we have never seen him again. But he had no problem coming to our house at his convenience to pick up our deposit check. I am not sure I would recommend this company. I was happier with the subcontractors that installed our windows. Please use your best judgment and shop around.

PROS: Product(s) were satisfactory
CONS: May not be the best choice for home improvement.
