I'd heard great things about this store when they opened one in Hollywood but it was a huge disappointment. Very small store, limited selection & unfriendly staff (friendly, helpful staff is actually what this chain is suppose to be known for...??). Some friends & I went in to buy some novelty gifts for a gift exchange party & the sales woman was pretty rude; was a waste of time to check out. Wouldn't recommend it.

CONS: rude, unhelpful staff, small store, very limited merchandise
