A danish bakery in the heart of Bothell. Their eclairs are world class. The breads are fresh and hearty. The donuts are to die for. It is always a sweet treat to stop in and buy some sweets.
5This is a full on Bakery...They have every thing you need...The sheet cakes are absolutly delish... Not to mention the fresh donuts that they make every morning...Don't miss this neighborhood gem!
5It looks like a mom-n-pop shop and it is! Reasonably priced, it actually passed my picky San Francisco palate! Their goods are more of the down home variety rather than the patisserie type. One taste will tell you that they don't skimp on

Pros: home made taste
Cons: parking - there's like 3 spaces....
Hillcrest is a cut above your average bakery. Everything i've ever ordered from there has tasted home-made or better! They use the freshest ingredients; real pastry cream, butter and delicious chocolate. The lemon bars are also amazing.

Pros: Best Boston cream pie in the city!
Cons: Parking can be awkward.
Best place around for a donut fix! I like the cream filled ones best, with jelly filled coming in as a very close second. And you cant beat a breakfast of donuts and chocolate milk, mmmm
5I highly recommend Hillcrest Bakery; They are now 3rd generation bakers at this site, having been in business since 1934, making the best of european style pastires and deserts, and also American fare, including cakes, cookies, and breads.

Pros: Very large assortment, and nice seating.
Cons: Not much parking
This tiny little place is full of wonderful goodies. It has a few small booths, so you can sit down and enjoy some with a cup of (unfortunately not so wonderful) coffee, as neighborhood people clearly make a habit of doing. The staff tend to be here a long time, and they can rattle off ingredients if you're curious. Their cookies and small pastries are delicious enough to derail any diet, and they have a nice variety of breads and rolls, as well, plus you can order lovely cakes for a special occasion.
My favorite secret about this bakery is that at Thanksgiving, you can order ahead and get a wonderful turkey made out of bread dough, that makes a terrific centerpiece. The price is pretty reasonable, for such an unusual item.
PROS: Delicious cookies, pastries, cakes and breads, special order items
CONS: Not a big seating area, fills quickly on weekend mornings

Wow- try their cakes! We had white cake with raspberry filling covered in marzipan (almond paste) and buttercream- fresh, moist and YUMMY! Petit fours and fancy cookies are wonderful, too.
