Relax and Renew

just had the best massage ever! The prices are great, the atmosphere was very relaxing! The hot towel was to die for! Definitely recommend this place! Thanks for the referral.

worst massage ever!!!!! masseuse was late, building was so cold that I couldn't even relax, massage was so hard that I was in extreme pain for a couple of days! don't go here!

Thanks for the recommendation! I really enjoyed my experience at Relax and Renew. I had a package spa day Massage, Reiki, and Nails. The price was reasonable and I felt that there services were personalized and I felt pampered. I also located their web site it's relaxandrenew.biz

I believe there are two massage therapists at this business. I have seen Nancy and she is wonderful. A lot of massage therapists I've seen try to forcefully work the knots out. Sometimes I go home after a massage feeling like I've been beat up. When Nancy found knots in my upper back, she had some unique pushing and pulling techniques that gently coaxed the knots out. I felt like a new woman. What I like most is that she can tell if you want to chat, and she'll chat with you. But if you just want to lie back and enjoy your massage in quiet (which I wholly recommend), she lets you enjoy the silence.

PROS: Gentle yet strong technique, relaxing, professional.
