I had to go gluten free about a year ago and was blessed to find Sami's Bakery!! I love everything I've tried, their shipping is quick, quality is supurb and look forward to being a customer for years to come! I didn't think I'de ever be able to enjoy making french toast again but find their millet and flax bread is wonderful french toast. I'm also trying to lose weight and love the fact that their products are high in fiber and low in calorie.
What-ever they are doing,,,keep t up, we need this bakery!

I have ordered from Sami's many times. I live all the way in Texas and have never had a problem with any order. Surprised to read some of the reviews. I love this bakery!! Perfect for my families GF diet. Try the pizza crust... kids love it.

I ordered 6 loaves of bread and was sent only 5. I got in touch with them but they would not do anything about their mistake and cheating. It was done on purpose-who can't count to 6. Odalee Thomas, 1011 North Breckenridge Avenue. Breckenridge, Texas, 76424

I have ordered from Sami's for almost 2 years now. I had an order that was messed up with Sami's and was told the next time I ordered to call in and at that time I would be credited with the missing items. It was almost 6 months later (I had tried Deland Bakery items but kept having an issue with mold on my bread) and I called back to make my order and had no issues at all getting the credit. Their products are so much better than the Deland Bakery Breads. The Deland Bakery has major quality control issues with their grains. I toasted the Deland bread and smelled this musty moldy smell. I threw out the bread and went and bought another loaf and had the same issue. I called them and was told they had bad grains and some of their product got out. I had 5 loaves that I went through and they never once offered my money back.
I will continue to order from Sami's!!

I ordered from this bakery on-line. I was sent the wrong product and called to advise them of-the mistake. I was told their was nothing they could do. I made the choice to send the cookies back and only asked to have them replaced with the item I wanted. The man who answered the phone was so angry he told me to never order from them again. I was given my money back. I only wanted what I had ordered. I found the original order and I did in fact order it correctly, I sent the email after the fact to prove to them they made the error, not me. I never received a response. I do not advise anyone to order from those people.

I have been a loyal customers for years. There is no doubt they have great products, this is my only complaint. Recently I made a purchase at their store for Flax and Millet Plain Chip and Slim Trim Lavash Wraps. On the Internet they sell these products at $2.84 for the Plain Chips and $4.09 for the Slim Trim Lavash. They would not honor these internet prices and charged $3.00 for the Chips and $4.20 for wraps. I understand that prices are rising but at least be consistent with the prices.

Healthy breads are their specialty! Sami's has the best selection of low carb baked goods around. They also offer non low-carb baked goods that are still very healthy. My personal favorite item is the Millet Flax Chips - which come in plain, garlic and cinnamon. SO good! With only about 4 net carbs per serving. You can now order off of the website too, although I think you have to buy larger quantities. I find the prices fair considering they are a specialty bakery. I have never purchased directly from the bakery but have always purchased from a health food store. However, I can attest that their products are superior!!
