Where do I start? I have a service contract that says I will get "Highest Priority Service". Well, if that means calling them on Friday about my A/C going out in 94 degree weather, being promised they will fit me in on Saturday only to hear nothing, then to to be told they will be out Sunday morning, only to hear nothing and still not having any idea when they will service it now that it is Monday morning, I feel sorry for you suckers that don't have "Highest Priority Service". One dispatcher challenged me that my contract had expired. Another swore to me a technician would call me last night. Guess what?This is not the first. We've had to reschedule regular service four times last month -- and take off work -- because the technician could never make the appointment. Rescheduling is a chore with these folks...seems I am doing them a favor. Clearly, these people are undermanned, probably because they are on the verge of bankruptcy. When my contract comes up for renewal, they will be fired.

I called because my A/C was not working. They said someone will come out that very evening, "because we serve our customers 24/7." So I waited around in the heat. They didn't come, but called at 9:30 and said they weren't coming- great. They said they could come the next afternoon at 2:00 and would call and give me 30 warning, so I could meet them. Changed appts, etc. to be there. They called less than an hour before and said they overbooked and would not be able to come today, but maybe Thursday (two days later). It is 93 degrees out and my dog and family are melting. They talk about being professionals... don't believe it.

Horrible service. Signed up for maintenance service on two units. First visit they were 3 hours late and tried to sell me drain pan pumps? House is only 5 years old and the builder has no idea what they are talking about. Second visit waited all day and no one called. I called them and well they are tied up and will have to reschedule but no one bothered to call me. Cancelled agreement and what i paid up front for in cash took 12 weeks and constant calling to get my refund. Do not waste your time or money. as they advertise a lot but do not deliver.

Peachtree Service Experts tried to sell the Maintenance Service Plan more than anything. I was not interested in this plan, I just wanted my air conditioning fixed. They tried to corner me into paying $350 for a start capacitor. I later found the same part at a local retailer for $38. They were asking $159 for the run capacitor which I found for $18.99. When I told the guy that these prices seemed high and I wanted to look into them, he told me unless I paid $280 for the Maintenance Service Plan, he would charge me to come back out.
I ordered the tune up. None of my intakes had filters on them and the guy only replaced one filter in the air handler. My air conditioner would turn on before he got there and once he left it did not work at all. I paid him $138 for the visit. I suppose this was for the filter. If he had fixed the problems it would have totaled around $900.
I had another company come out (JB COOL) and they fixed everything for $220. Now I my A/C is right.
I called Peachtree Service Experts and spoke with Randy Wendall about the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee they advertise on the radio (I am obviously unsatisfied) and he told me that he did not think these prices were unfair. If you ask me this is price gouging. They did not give me any of my money back and would not honor their so called 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I'm shocked to hear the bad reviews. I've never had anything but outstanding service from Peachtree. They call to set my regular appointments, and keep calling if I don't respond. The technician always calls when he is on his way and shows up on time. All personnel has been polite and efficient.

I bought the year inspection of AC and Heating prepaid. Call center never called to set up appointment. I called for an appointment and got one for the following week Monday somewhere to be between 2and 6 pm. The day came and went with no technician and no phone call to explain. next day I called and find out that the call center had not made the appointment I have asked for a full refund. now waiting to see if the check is returned

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to rate a business, but I had such a terrible experience with Peachtree Service Experts, I thought it best to share. I called Peachtree Service Experts during a stretch of 90 degree weather in June when my air conditioning stopped working all together. I called Peachtree Service Experts after scheduling appointments with their competitors for 2 and 4 days out hoping they could help me sooner. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I got a message 6 hours later that my appointment had been cancelled because I wasn't a "priority customer". When I called to try to understand the issue, I only met with rude and unhelpful customer service representatives. I asked to speak with a manager and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes was promptly hung up on. I will never be a customer of Peachtree Service Experts and hope you don't become one either. Peachtree Service Experts doesn't honor their commitments unless they consider you a "priority customer".
