Sad to say that customer service and attention doesn't seem to matter at the Stuart Weitzman store at the Mall. The Manageress at the store is rude, obnoxious, and lacks common courtesy in how to deal with Customers. She doesn't listen to the Customers Needs and doesn't understand anything, (perhaps there is some sort of Language barrier, not sure).
We had a terrible experience in dealing with her, as a result I would not recommend you shop here. You are better off shopping at Neiman Marcus, which is right next door and stock Stuart Weitzman, and know how important the listening to the Customer is.
Terrible customer service and attitude.
They have everything here!
Designer stores, bargain places, high end furniture stores, great food courts and high end and mid range resturants.
There is SO much to see.
There are 2 malls-the court (C shaped), and the Plaza with designer stores (Coach, Guess, Neiman Marcus) in one area, several dept. stores, and lower priced stores in another spot (Old Navy, JC Penney, etc.)
What a world class mall this is! It took me 8 years of annual visits to feel that I have finally conquered the mall. Unbelievable variety of stores, great security presence, clean. I suggest getting a map of the mall before going and trying to make a plan of attack. It's better than wandering for hours.
This is the biggest mall on the eastearn coast with over 400 stores. ITs got hee major department stores liek Niemann MArcus, MAcy's or Bloomingdales and more. YOu can find anyhting here. The food courts are also huge with fastfood and there are restaurants for more formal dining. There are also many hotels, markets and theaters around for tourists.
PROS: Huge, so many stores good food courts
CONS: none really
