Los Amigos Dos

This restaurant is affiliated with Los Amigos on Harford Road in Hamilton, but in my opinion this place is better because they also serve Peruvian chicken. If you've never had it, Peruvian chicken is a rotisserie style chicken that is marinated in seasonings that make it different from the rotisserie chickens you might pick up at the grocery store. It is spicy without being overly-hot, very moist, and very flavorful. Once you try it, you'll be a convert. It also happens to be a very good deal, with Los Amigos Dos selling a whole chicken to go for 13.95 and it comes with a salad and a side. I prefer the fries but my family likes the yucca. We always get our stuff to go. As far as the Mexican food, it's always fresh, very flavorful, and very authentic tasting. I am a fan of the carnitas, very flavorful and moist meat. However, we usually get the rotisserie chicken because it is so good and it's not something you see in very many places. Try it and you'll never buy another one of those chickens at the grocery store again.
