Dr. Wei Feng

I found her to be terrible. She's brief w/ appt. time, doesn't educate unless forced to ask questions, doesn't listen to patient input and doesn't return phone calls (have to call back to retrieve notes she leaves w/ staff that don't address my concerns, but dismiss them - even though I request to speak w/ her personally). She is arrogant and dismissive of patient concerns and doesn't work w/ patient to find better solutions. Very unsupportive and responsive.

I have been a type 1 diabetic for nearly 20 years, and Dr. Feng is by far the best endocrinologist that I have ever worked with. Her office staff is also amazing! I was on vacation once when I ran out of supplies, and her office staff called in my prescriptions within seconds of my call!

Dr. Feng is both friendly yet firm, which I really appreciate. She also works with me and listens to what I have to say, something many doctors will not do. She has helped me gain excellent control of my diabetes.

I highly recommend Dr. Feng!

Dr. Feng is a knowledgable endocrinologist and is current in diabetes medication. She is a pleasant, but can be firm (in a tactful way) when needed. I appreciate that cause I need a "Jimmy Cricket" to put me on the right track - Dr. Feng is just that!

Dr. Feng has a beautiful office, nice people working for her, and a very gentle demeanor. She listened to me and was very kind about my concerns. She is also friendly to the transgender community. She doesn't order excessive tests and so going to her doesn't cost an arm and a leg. She has me visit the lab a week BEFORE my appointments so we can discuss the results together and I actually know what's going on. She's probably the best doctor I've ever had.
