I got my acrylics and eyebrows done one night before closing and I was able to observe their "cleaning procedures." They took all the tools they used out of the blue, sterilized bags. Once they completed the work they put them in a new bag, sealed it and put it back in their drawer, not to the autoclave. They did the same thing with the tweezers used. I wrote into their corporate office and never heard anything back. Happy Nails charges a pretty penny for services and many clients pay this because they expect clean, exceptional service.

i like the chain of happy nails, but the times that i went here, the job was ok. This location is generally busy so i think that often times, the manicurists are pressed for time and hurry everthing along. I had acryllics and usually it doesn't hurt to take them off, but it did when i came here. but there are some people here that can draw pretty flowers.
