We took our daughter to "Dr Dixon" for a little over one year, which was three visits. We never saw Dr Dixon, but instead three different young nice dentists - experience unknown.
They were nice to our daughter, but our visits didn't involve any difficult procedures so I can't speak for the quality o service.
Anyway, the two visits in -08 were both cleanings, or at least they were scheduled as such. Each time a doctor would briefly appear and count her teeth and leave after a short chat. When we recently wanted to have a check-up done (we thought she might have a cavity) we found out that the previous visits had been charged as full check-ups and our insurance didn't pay for another one.
Of course we took our business elsewhere, and we're much happier with our current dentist!
