It is not often that you think of a real estate agent as a friend...but everyone who has ever used Carl is so impressed by his customer service and his care for his clients. He even throws "open houses" for his new clients. He is especially good for first time homebuyers as he walks people through the whole process.
PROS: Customer oriented very friendly
CONS: none!
