The Technician, Jay, that came to my house was very informative and professional. He explained what would need to be done and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am very impressed with the quality of the work that was done.

My experience with St Paul Plumbing was very positive and pleasant. Starting with the call, through to the point of the technician leaving after assessing the problem. I appreciate knowing I can call this company at anytime and know that they will react quickly and with solid professionalism throughout the entire process. If you want the job done and done right, these are the people to call. There is worth in each dollar spent.

I used St Paul Plumbing in a rush when I realized I did not have the right connector for my new stove.

They were able to come out the next morning, but arrived over an hour later than they said they would be. They did call to update me on their arrival time.

They did the work in 15 minutes, but I was still charged the minimum one hour. They had one of the higher hourly rates based on my calling around but I needed them ASAP and they were available.

PROS: quick, quality work
CONS: expensive hourly rate
