If you want HONEST! service Chris is the person to see. I have been a customer for several years and I have always received great efficient service on my Toyota Rav 4. I am a commuter and Chris always makes sure that my Rav 4 is in top condition for me to be back on the road. Chris, takes care of his customers like as if their were his own family.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Chris. I trust him absolutely - so much so that I send my daughter's 4-Runner to him for service, knowing she will be in safe hands. I bought a Toyota for myself (even though I have had Hondas for the last 20 years) because I knew I had a great mechanic on hand. I will never take either car to a Toyota dealership as long as Chris is in business. His honesty and integrity are second to none.. oh and Leslie is great also - so cheerful and helpful over the phone and in person!

It is so hard for me to believe that several of the glowing reviews only gave 3 stars. Everything stated about Chris, his honesty and commitment to giving the best service possible is all true. They even called me in to see the damage that had been caused by the faulty work done at a dealership. Any questions or problems I've ever had Chris has always addressed with gentle patience. After many years of great service from them, they get all five!

Chris seems to be a very honest & flexible person who will try and help in any way possible. He gives great advice and helped make a stressful situation easier to handle. Being a female it is always a challenge to find the 'good guys'. C&T is just that...one of the good guys. He might not offer rental service but he can hook you up with a rental car from enterprise at a decent deal. I recommend C&T Auto to anyone looking for honest and reliable service. I have used C&T automotive for the 20 + years he has been in business. I have always got great service and Chris always backs his work up. In this world of rip off independent garages Chris at C&T is not even on the map. I would rather take my new car to him than to a dealership!! Keep up the great work Chris.

Chris (owner) is honest, detailed, reliable, to the point service advisor and business owner. I have a 1994 Toyota Camry which has 200k miles and has been taken well good care by Chris and his team. My car drives very well! I had my check engine light diagnosed by two other repair shops and they haven't solved the problem until I brought my car to Chris. He had solved the check engine light in the initial visit.
PROS: Uses quality, genuine Toyota parts at a reasonable price, service done right and has not misdiagnosed, prioritizes repairs needed most attention first, friendly/repectful/honest shop
CONS: Bit of a drive for me, but worth the driving distance, not much of a waiting area, does not open on the weekends.
I always leave the repair shop extremely satisfied knowing that I can drive my car with a piece of mind with getting your money's worth. I would highly recommend C&T Automotive for your Toyota needs. They have always exceeded my expectations! So thank you Chris and team!

My wife and I have been going to Chris for many years. He is a little more expensive, but over the years, well worth it.
Our Camry has 147K miles and he has kept it problem-free. Their knowledge of Toyotas is excellent.
I recommend C&T.

I have been bringing my Toyota to C & T since they first opened years ago. I know only purchase Toyota's because C & T automotive is the only repair shop that I trust. I have had the experience of binging ripped off because I didn't have a mechanic I could trust. I do now. Buy a Toyota and go to C& T Automotive., You be thankful you did

C&T is a wonderful local Toyota mechanic. Chris (the owner) is very straightforward about exactly what should be done to your car and he would never 'fix' anything on my car that he would not 'fix' on his own.
C&T helped me drive my '92 Camry past 250,000 miles.
PROS: Does just the right amount of work--for the right price.
CONS: No big dealer amenities (no loaners, no comfy waiting room).
