The Diamond Broker has been helping our entire family for the last 10 years. They provide excellent service and exceptional pricing. After careful research and price comparisons I found that the Diamond Broker was 30%-40% less than all other diamond wholesalers and retailers. I continue to do business with the Diamond Broker because they have always dealt with my family, friends and I with the highest integrity and honesty. I know that when I buy a diamond from them it is of the highest quality and they will always be there for you. I can strongly recommend anybody in the market to buy a diamond to use the Diamond Broker.

We had a custom sapphire and diamond ring made here. After two days, one of the diamonds fell out of the setting. They did replace the diamond, but told us it was because we were too hard on the ring. The diamond that they replaced it with was chipped and they hid this in the bezel setting. Overall the build quality was very poor. Customer service was also very poor, all smiles and jovial until we requested service on the ring. To avoid disappointment go to a different gallery.

Could not have had a better experience. My Parents buy there, now we will too. My fiance said he went all over and searched the net sites. When my mom suggested The Diamond Broker he said he had seen the website and was already planning to go there, so we all went. It was fun. They are really nice people. I am now engaged!!.

Thanks Diamond broker for solving my dilemma.I had found that looking for a diamond was not the best experience, on-line research is not realistic as I saw diamonds that looked good on the cert but not so great in person. I was told all sorts of things about different certs etc depending on which cert the diamond they had to sell had.

THE DIAMOND BROKER WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. Honest, excellent price, definitely put my interests first. I found exactly what I wanted with no nonsense and will recommend The diamond Broker without hesitation.Thanks.

I bought a diamond on-line and it was not as nice as we expected it was certified but something about it just did not appeal to me. Even though they offered a return policy, it was a nightmare. MY co- worker said to go to The Diamond Broker.We went to The diamond Broker and found a place that was comfortable easy and to deal with. We saw the diamonds we wanted. Price was actually LOWER than Internet.Anyway, the bottom line is: go there. You can see what you are getting and they have all kinds of rings and jewelry.They put us at ease and I will be a customer from now on.

I don't normally do this review stuff, but this is how I found them when I did my Yahoo search they popped up, I thought now that I have been there I'll add my two cents.
We bought our 10th anniversary diamond yesterday in the rain. What a great palce, fun and helpfull. Prices are good and they are nice people.
