Glacier Pure Drinking Waters

Glacier Pure is selling you HOSE water! If you want to pay $60/month for water you can get yourself from a hose, go right ahead. My daughter took samples of their water to her college chemistry class and measured it against other waters such as arrowhead, Trader Joe's as well as the class purified soft water and regular tap water. Glacier Pure water tested the same as tap water with arrowhead and trader Joe's testing far better than the rest except for the soft water.

Not within my budget. They first promised a low low price for 12 months. They charge me double. I can stick to buying from my local water store since we can not drink too much water. Taste same as other waters. People are friendly but no answer phones, have to leave message. They work hard as they are husband and wife who own company with no workers. Just not for me.

They are unreliable, rude and unprofessional. They do not deliver water on scheduled days, they are always late, but when it comes to paying the bill, if you are a day late, they will bang down your door and your neighbors doors for money. They Lie about charges, they do not keep accurate records and bill you for whatever they feel like. I agreed to pay $3.99 per bottle from them, but they charged me $8 when the bill came. They said they do not have a contract so they do not have a set agreement with us, basically they said we will charge what they want despite our verbal agreement to give the price they promised initially. They were rude and uncaring, not helpful and when I refused to give them my bank account info so they can take my money whenever they please, they screwed with me even more. They stopped delivering to my porch, I had to carry the bottles from the end of the driveway, they acted like passive-aggressive children. I paid the bill on time every month, but they are obviously going through tough times and need more money. Instead of being honest and raise their prices, they try and weasel it out of you. I'll bet they will be out of business very soon as their attitudes will not keep many friends.

DO NOT BUY WATER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their water meets the requirements for standard drinking water, but it tastes AWFUL! They are also very rude and terrible business people. They do not answer their phones, they do not call you back, they do not come on the days they are supposed to come! I'm not the only unhappy customer, I have 2 friends who used them and we all dumped them. I run a daycare and I occasionally run out of water several times because they come 2-5 days late. I think they do this so you order more water each month. Also, they charge way too much. Their website says they have good lower prices, but they always up you bill. Some people may not notice, but my friends and I did. Watch out for your bottles, if they get a speck of dirt on them, they will charge you for those too. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL!!! AFTER I CANCELED THEM, THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA $150 TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME. I got the bank to refuse the charges, but it was a long hassle I should have never dealt with at all. They are a crappy struggling company feeding off the wallets of their unsuspecting customers.
