5 Stars: The best coffee and eatery around... (by by CS5280 at Citysearch)

If you are ever in Denver and want to treat your palette to the best cup of coffee, breakfast, lunch or anything on their menu, it will have the pleasure of tasting, then head down to either of the Tuscany Coffee's at 16th and Stout (across from Denver?s south bound light rail) or 1700 Lincoln in the Wells Fargo Center (it's the cash register building). People who inquire of me about the coffee and food here I usually respond with the analogy of it is like comparing a Cadillac to a Chevy (not that Chevy?s are bad I?ve owned a few myself, it?s just an analogy) when up against any of the myriad of coffee houses, which I have been to quite a few in different cities across the country and always find myself comparing coffee, sandwiches etc., to Tuscany. The ladies and gentlemen working the shop are the best you will encounter and will make you want to return! ENJOY, I do every chance I get!

5 Stars: Tuscany Coffee (by by yogishe at Citysearch)

I've been a Tuscany customer for more than 7 years. They have the tastiest coffee roasts around, fresh pastry and fast, friendly service. Phil, the owner always greets you with a smile and does what it takes to keep his customers happy. Tuscany is a gem, if your down around 17th/Lincoln, give it a try!

5 Stars: Great coffee! (by by m3esq at Citysearch)

I have been a Tuscany regular since 1999, when I was working in the cash register building. Although I no longer work in that building, I will still go out of my way (past several Starbucks, a Dietrichs and Curious Coffee) just to get my morning coffee at Tuscany. It is just plain better, and the service is friendly and efficient. Phil, Amanda, and the rest of the crew take time to get to know your name and what you like. They have the best breakfast bagels (egg & cheese) around, and the scones are always delicious. I even get my "home brew" coffee beans there, ground for french press. The Sienna (espresso roast) is awesome.

5 Stars: Best Coffee In Denver (by by gabe33 at Citysearch)

I visit Tuscany Coffee most every morning. Their food and beverages are fantastic and so is their staff. Everyone there takes the time to learn your name and what you like to drink. It makes getting coffee a pleasurable experience - rather than some large chains that just try to rush you through with no personality. Tuscany is quick, quality, friendly service with excellent staff, food and drinks!

5 Stars: BEST coffee this side of the Atlantic, BEST service anywhere! (by by z28missy at Citysearch)

I have been a customer of Tuscany Coffee for many years. I am hooked on the Americano, it is strong and rich, but not bitter. The quality of the coffee is superior to any of the larger chains. The staff is always friendly and attentive - sometimes my drink is ready before they have handed me my change! I also recommend the bacon, egg and cheese bagel for breakfast and the cheesy chicken enchilada soup for lunch - both are excellent. I consider myself a picky or discriminating consumer, and Tuscany has definitely met my high expectations. If you care about quality, then put Tuscany on your list!

5 Stars: Best espresso around (by by jslat at Citysearch)

Tuscany has great coffee, much better than Starbucks, which is good for them because no less than 6 Starbucks are within a short walk away. The Cafe also offers a number of breakfast and lunch items. They have very good baked goods (try the muffins and bagels), breakfast sandwiches (from a microwave, but very tasty), and deli meats (coffee doesn?t go well with salami, but their fruity smoothie concoctions do). While the food is quite good, what keeps the regulars coming back in droves is a combination of expertly prepared, delicious espresso drinks and fast, friendly service. As a heavy espresso drinker, I feel confident in my estimation that Tuscany coffee is very high quality, better than all the surrounding competition. But the key here really is the service. Espresso just isn?t the same when it comes from the push of a button and is handed over by someone who doesn?t appreciate fine coffee. At Tuscany, every shot is hand prepared by baristas with extensive training. They really seem to enjoy serving coffee and they do it fast (I have seen them process huge lines of people with surprising speed and accuracy). If you are looking for a great first cup of joe, a quad shot to get you through a long meeting, or a full breakfast and lunch menu, all served up fast and fresh, Tuscany is your best shot in downtown.

5 Stars: Tuscany Coffee is top notch! (by by cjr3 at Citysearch)

Tuscany Coffee located in the lower level of the Wells Fargo Center is great!!! I?m enjoying one of their delicious Americanos now? One of the best things about Tuscany Coffee is the customer service. I?ve been a customer for several years now and it?s because Phil, Amanda and everyone takes the time to know you. They have a serious following of regulars. They know my name and what I like. Sometimes my delicious beverage is ready before I?ve paid. They have many food options from pastries to sandwiches to a great cheese enchilada soup. Tuscany Coffee is top notch! Go visit them and don?t be surprised if you get a complimentary extra shot in your beverage and a new friend.

2 Stars: yummy bagels, disgusting customer service (by by deadragoo at Citysearch)

Good selection of breakfast pastries and bagels, okay coffee (really, starbucks is better) and TERRIBLE service and attitude. All of the emloyees look like they hate their job, and they reflect that back to the customer.
I ordered an everything bagel with light cream cheese, and I got an onion bagel and very heavy cream cheese. Disappointing to say the least.
