Rosa's Italian Restaurant

The food is great, but the service is terrible and the way they treat customers is even worse! Who cares about the remodel when the owner does not seat you for ONE FULL HOUR because you are not caucasian? People who did not have a reservation were seated before a family of a different race who had been waiting for an hour. I asked them. Do I think they are racist? Yes. Do you want to patronize an establishment that believes that people of a different race are not worth the money they pay for food service? Shame shame shame on you Rosa's and shame on all who support this type of behavior. I thought racism was only real in history books or deep in the montana wilderness... but racism is alive and well in Pismo Beach.

We have been to Rosa's several times in the past, but were not prepared for the beautiful remodeling job they did before our last visit on New Year's Eve. They did a great job with the new layout, furnishings, and decor. The food was great as always - I had an excellent filet mignon & the wine selections were also very nice. Also, the service was outstanding. Go to Rosa's for a special evening. Also, they have a new, fun-looking bar area - bonus!

Rosa's is a great place to go for a nice, formal Italian meal. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is very good, and the service is impeccable. Our meal was pricey but about what you'd expect for this level of food and service.

Rosa's has really good food and their prices are much less than what you would expect to pay for this type of food. It is a very pretty restaurant with a nice candlelit atmosphere - very romantic. Their bread that they serve with the meal is very good. The waiters are always very attentive and courteous. To be honest, there is nothing bad that I can say about this restaurant. My husband and I thoroughly enjoy a meal out at Rosa's.
