the people are amazing, helpful. bagels are fresh and delicious. fruit platters are crazy good and everything is run like clockwork. sandwiches are delish and so are the muffins and coffee. beware of parking!

I work in the Entertainment field and have used the Bagel Broker for several events. I always receive rave reviews on the quality of the sandwiches and the freshness of the fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I have only eaten here twice, but both times I got bagels and they tasted very good. The place is small and parking was tight, but I would still go there again !

Now I am a bagel Junkie. Of course I am one of the people that will say the best bagels are in New York... Doesn't mean you cant get a good bagel out here. I got the Garlic Bagel and it is pretty fantastic. I was not a huge fan of their everything bagel, but the others I tried made up for what the everything lacked.

The best bagels in Southern California can be found at Bagel Broker in Los Angeles near Hollywood. We order every week for work. The bags are still hot when they get delivered.
Bagel Broker features bagels in all the traditional New York varieties: plain, poppy seed, sesame, rye, pumpernickel, onion, and garlic just to name a few. I recently co-produced a weekend long film festival with hour-long lunch breaks scheduled for each day. We needed a place that could accommodate 50 lunch packages on the first day and 25 on the second. They needed to be simple yet precise and very easy to distribute to our attendees in a timely manner.

Being from out of state, I immediately consulted Citysearch and started making phone calls. I didn't need to go far once I had my first experience with Jason from The Bagel Broker.

First, let me say that Jason is an absolute dream to work with. He stayed in contact with me by phone and emails and double-checked each detail with me so I wouldn't have to worry about the accuracy of the orders. Not only were the lunch orders perfect, they were assembled in easy-to-carry boxes and labeled with each attendee?s name. We also ordered cookies and chips and they threw in bottles of mayo and mustard for free each day. The employees helped carry the boxes out to our vehicle and were so quick and efficient ? and friendly ? SO friendly!

If I wasn?t already greatly impressed by Jason, his staff and the cost-break and freebies thrown in, I was blown away by the food! The bagels were so soft and chewy and the lox and cream cheese was to die for! The cookies were wonderful and good-sized and definitely a crowd favorite. Everything was just delicious!

I want to thank Jason and The Bagel Broker for going above and beyond the call of duty and will recommend them in a heartbeat. Hire these people for your next event, you will not be sorry.

As everyone knows, problems happen when working with large groups. We needed to get our order an hour before we had originally told them and they didn't even bat an eye. They had everything read and properly labeled, helped us load the car and made sure we were covered on everything. I have never been impressed more by the service than I was that day. In addition to the amazing customer service, the food was awesome. Not a single order was wrong and I ended up sneaking a few extra cookies because they were so good. Highest recommendation that I can give!

I had heard about this place from friends and then I saw it on Entourage...so I came all the way from the Westside to try it out. Parking was VERY difficult. It's in a tiny strip mall with limited and congested parking. I had the Everything bagel and it was a little weird because I think it had cornmeal on it. I would try Bagel Broker again though, maybe just a different bagel flavor. I'm always trying to find a good bagel place in LA, I like Bagel Nosh on Wilshire in Santa Monica.

I loved coming here when I was working at CBS (across the street). I would always get either a blueberry bagel, or a sesame bagel depending on what kind of mood I was in. The staff is SUPER accomodating and even rememberd that I liked my bagel very well toasted. I looked forward to getting up in the morning when I came here before work!

Jason at The Bagel Broker is so helpful and thoughtful. He really goes above and beyond. Our company gets a delivery from them everyday and we never have problems. Plus, when I needed a company wide breakfast meeting catered and only had a day notice, Jason came through for me. The food was delicious (we had a variety of breakfast sandwiches, bagels,danishes), the order was perfect, and Jason even brought me a chai latte. And he was early!! It's such a pleasure to do business with The Bagel Broker.

So I've been using the Bagel Broker since I started at my new job almost 2 months ago. I order from them at least once a week if not more and they are always on time, and always delicious. They come promptly at 8:30am, every morning I need them, even when I forget to order the night before and place my order at 8 am! The bagels are delicious and their array of cream cheeses keeps me from getting sick of having bagels every week, especially the cheddar!! I highly recommend them to anyone who is craving a good bagel or anyone who works in an office that needs large amounts of delicious breakfast food on a regular basis.

So, today I had my first experience at The Bagel Broker. Greatly recommended from a fellow East Coast friend of mine here in LA, he told me "Laura, you love bagels. You're from New Jersey. You won't be disappointed." He could not have been more right.

Got a lightly toasted bialy with Lite Cream Cheese... EXTREMELY satisfied and delicious! Also, coffee was great as well. Not to mention the owner, Jason, was as friendly as can be and could not have been a more hospitable host! He even let me try the tuna salad as a sample to see what I thought... of course the tuna salad was awesome as well.

Will definitely be back for round two very soon... hopefully will become a regular.
If you like bagels and know what makes a truly great bagel- this is the place for you! Enjoy!!!

New Yorkers aren't supposed to admit that any other city can make a good bagel, so this review comes after much soul-searching deliberation. The Bagel Broker has done it. I feel like I have a local deli again (far too rare outside NY). I get my sesame bagel (usually still warm from the oven) with scallion cream cheese and lox, and I'm a happy man.

My office has been using Bagel Broker for early - MEAN early - bagel deliveries. After dragging in, pre-dawn, there is nothing more heartening than a heaping platter of fresh bagels waiting for us. Every day - on time - always good. Since the first time we tried them, we've used Bagel Broker without interruption. No need to use anybody else. We've even ordered lunch from them a few times -- also great!

I recently placed an extremely large order for 600 bagels, 50 lbs. of cream cheese and lots of fresh squeezed OJ from the Bagel Broker for a company event. The whole experience was completely stress-free and the service was excellent, they really went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our bagels arrived perfectly on time, still warm from the oven! Everything was fresh and delicious and the presentation was awesome. They don't skimp on anything and I tried almost every kind of bagel...from the everything bagel to the cinnamon to the blueberry and they were all so yummy!!!!! If you have a corporate event and need bagels or if you just want to grab one on your way to work, the Bagel Broker is the place to go!!!!

I didn?t think bagels could get any better than Western Bagel?HA!! Boy was I wrong!! When I needed to order bagels for an office meeting, a dude named Koch said ?try Bagel Broker up the street?. I had no idea I?d be ordering THE best bagels in LA, it was like a shock had swept the nation! Bagel Broker?s bagels were SO good and SO fresh, they made the other guys seem like?well?a boring old western. Anytime I order bagels for the company they MUST come from Bagel Broker (no exceptions!). Bagel Broker offers FAST FRIENDLY FREE delivery to just about ANYWHERE at just about ANYTIME. the bagel broker's bagels rule! we get them delivered every friday morning at work, and people are always super excited. bagel friday rules and they are always on time! all the different kinds of bagels are great, i always have plain with veggie cream cheese. i love their tuna salad too, it's SO GOOD. as someone who grew up on the east coast and misses decent bagels, the bagel broker is definitely good enough to stand up to any east coast bagel! love bagel broker!!

After many years driving by The Bagel Broker on my way to work I decided to stop buy and pick up a bagel. Oh the variety is wonderful from plain bagel to cheese with Jalepeno. My favorite is Sesame. The bagels are so yummy and the cream cheese spreads *veggie/lox/cheddar cheese* delicious. My only concern although the service is good - they service could be a little more friendly - or at least smile a little. The owners/co-owner seem to be very friendly and greets customers outstanding. I do like the fact that Bagel Brokers is open early for customers like me.

Having grown up my whole life in the NYC area, I'm used to a certain bagel standard. Plump and round, with a thin crispy outside crust, and soft doughy middle. These bagels are about halfway there. They have the crust and the middle, but they're flat and not doughy enough. The crust is too thick, and there seemed to be some sort of cornmeal on my everything bagel.

To be fair, if you're from LA you'll love these bagels, they're pretty clearly the best you can get in these parts. But when you're in new york, make sure you find your way to a good bagel place for the real deal.

This is my first review but this place prompted me to sign up to write one! I had been craving a for a good bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese since i got back from a trip to NYC. I decided to check this place out after having seen their video spot on this site and I am really happy i did. I had an everything bagel with salmon, cream cheese, tomato, cucumber, and onions. All ingredients were fresh and most importantly reminded me of NY bagels. The service was great and I will definately return. I also bought some more for home and I can say that the cinnamon raisin was awesome.

I saw the ad on the WeHo News and thought I'd try it on a kick - but geez, was in for a surprise!
These are easily the very best bagels made anywhere in LA - the toppings are generous like you've never seen, the bagels are soft and chewy inside and just slightly crunchy out - amazing.
I had the chicken salad, too - oh my gawd!! you gotta try this place out.

Although I placed a large and detailed catering order at the last minute, the service was prompt, the delivery men friendly and helpful, and most importantly all the food was fresh, delicious and kept everyone happy during a very long day. We expected the best bagels in town, but everything, from the pastries to the baked goods and especially the fresh fruit platters were better than expected.

I can't recommend the Bagel Broker enough for your catering needs.

Although I do enjoy the food at the Bagel Broker, what makes it a real gem is its catering service. Each year for a holiday gift, I send a complete breakfast to my agency and they always love it. For a very reasonable price you can send quite a feast which includes flavored coffees, bagels, lox, fruit platters, orange juice and pastries. I'm always overwhelmed at the wonderful response I get from the people at the agency and they always rave about how much they enjoy it. The manager, Jason, is always really helpful and offers great suggestions to make the presentation a class act. I couldn't recommend their catering service more.

The BAGEL BROKER makes the Bbest bagels ever. I especially loved the "lox cream cheese" too. If you want to really taste a one of a kind bagel, this is the right place. I should know.... I'm from New York! And don't forget to try them for lunch to. They make an amazing chicken bagel sandwich that will keep you coming back over and pver again! The customer service is a class act as well. This places deserves a triple A rating.

I run 1-3 events per week in the Wilshire Blvd. area, each for 100-200 people, and I use the Bagel Broker for each one. These events are to introduce our company to potential customers, so obviously the quality of presentation and the food is of the utmost importance. Everyone at the Bagel Broker is extremely helpful and focused on helping us have the best events possible. They have a great spread of breakfast and lunch choices, and are always very adaptable with their menu. Their deliveries are always right on timeand arrive with the coffee piping hot. The food is always fresh and great and, just as importantly, very affordable! Bagel Broker has even rushed an order out to us the morning of, with no advance notice. I don't know of any other caterers who can get together food and drinks for 150 people with 30 minutes notice and deliver them in time to save an event. In short, Bagel Broker is definitely the choise for Corporate, Breakfast, and Lunch catering in LA.

The first time I tried the Bagels and Rolls there, I was reminded about the times in my youth that my Grandmother would bake them from scratch. I hadn't had that feeling for a while. Coming from a poor family I can honestly say that I know what basics are. To me, the selection is great, the service is wonderful, and most importantly the pasteries....... let's just say that I remember my childhood and I smile. Thanks Bagel Broker!

I don't think a bagel w/cream cheese is really worth $2 but for a once-in-a-while treat it's a great place. Speedy service and a great selection of warm bagels (they steam up the glass). Friendly service. Not a lot of parking or seating.

Hands down, the best bagels in LA. They are chewy on the outside, soft on the inside, fresh as can be. Go for breakfast (hot egg sandwiches, lox, etc.) or for lunch (turkey, tuna, whitefish, etc.) Coffee is pretty good too. Large selection of juices. They deliever bagels to a lot of the businesses around the neighborhood, and for a good reason. They really are the best in the area. Now if I could just convince my office to do bagel fridays...

After a friend introduced me to the world of the "Bagel Broker" I have never fathomed going anywhere other than the Bagel Broker. I had the best Salt Bagel I'd ever had and their tuna salad is amazing. They also have excellent cream cheese. I fancy the strawberry and olive kind. The service is always prompt and the bagels are always fresh. I can't even eat pretzels anymore, I just have to go get a Sensational Salt Bagel from the Bagel Broker. After discovering The Bagel Broker, I can't bring myself to settle for run-of-the-mill bagels. This past Sat. I found myself (at 6 months pregnant) CRAVING a good egg and cheese bialy bagel. I drove to the closest bagel place (I won't mention them bec. they are a competitor) and realized that The Bagel Broker was worth the extra drive!

If you are in the mood for a great bagel, go to the Bagel Broker. You have to try what could be some of the best chicken salad in town. Try it on a toasted cheddar bagel or on a cheddar jalapeno bagel if you like things spicy as a bagel sandwich. You can't go wrong. The tuna salad is also very good as well. My other favorite bagels are the plain, sesame, and the everything. Way better than those hit and miss "trendy" bagel stores of the past decade.

The Bagel Broker was wonderful when it came to less than a 24 hour notice of a party for 300 people! They were on time, served delicious food (not only bagels but fruit as well)! The Bagel Broker came through for us in the time of need and we will definitely be doing business with them from now on!!

We get bagles at work every Friday. The old place we use to use provided "so-so" products. The Bagel Broker really surprised me. Not only did we get a nice assortment and variety of quality bagels but, there were also superb baked goods and extremely fresh fruit too. The spread was absolutely great. So I thought it must have cost a fortune but apparently, they are quite affordable. It's Friday again and, for the first time in longer than I can remember, I can't wait for the bagel delivery dude to get here with the goodies! Yeah man - it's goooood!

The Bagel Broker delivers bagels, fruit, and pastries to my job each Friday morning. I have not tatsed the bagels yet because the pastries are so good. The fruit is always fresh and sweet. The only problem I really have is in making sure that I don't get too greedy and forget to leave some food for my co-workers.

The Bagel Broker delivers yummy treats to our office on Fridays: warm, fresh bagels (with a great variety of cream cheeses), a fresh fruit platter, and a box of pastries. It's hard not to overindulge! The fruit makes you feel like you're getting something healthy after you polish off a pastry. Or two....

The best cheese onion bagel, bialy, homemade whitefish salad and service in the city!!! The bagel craze and the lo-carb diet hysteria have come and gone and The Broker has hung on through it all. A neighborhood favorite with fans from around the country. My friend from Chicago has me send bagels from The Broker whenever I can. Great staff who know your orders when you walk in the door. As you can see, I'm a big fan!!!
