I would recommend Bair Island Storage to anyone looking for excellent customer service and an affordable price. The manager is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He returns calls and is always available when I go in. I am very happy with Bair Island storage!

Cheap but spacious storage, compared to nearby facilities. Convenient location close to the freeway and congenial employees. This storage facility is not the newest but prices make up for it, especially if you're just looking for a place to store the extras. I found the place to be secure with their gated entry/exit, cameras on each building and on-site manager.

After having a small billing issue that was resolved immediately, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage. It wasn't entirely their fault as I had rented another storage unit which changed my billing date automatically. I didn't realize it and was sent a late letter for $28. I missed my payment by almost a month! They immediately voided the late notice without any hesitation after I explained what happened. They were prompt and courteous which will keep me as a customer. Any one looking for storage should look here first!
