Pleasant atmosphere and wonderful staff. Even the hygienist is well above average. What used to be an unpleasant experience elsewhere is now a delight.

They are a testament to quality dentistry and with the expert care I've gotten each time I go for a checkup I'm not anticipating any more bouts with gingivitis!

He quoted me for an expensive treatment - 1800 for a porcelain onlay - and tried to get me to do it the same day. I called my insurance and found out that his prices were higher than the coverage. When I called back and asked what was

They have one goal...take as much money from your pocket as soon as possible. They know how to make patients feel upset (rather than relaxed) concerning their teeth condition, and sell in time his blood-sucking treatment plan. The crown

Pros: good equipment
Cons: expensive, pain, not helpful
I've been going to this dentist for over 10 years and they are the best! While the dentist is older, he is welcoming and energetic and seems a lot younger. They offer great payment plans and have always accepted me through changes in

This man is simply rude and money hungry. He kept me waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes while the staff rushed around. Obviously he needs to stop accepting new patients or hire more help at the desk! The phone rang off the hook and the

I went in for my teeth cleaning this week and was very sorry to hear Cindy has left her work place. She was always the first to step out in the waiting room to say hi and have a visit. She will be missed I'm sure by others.
5They are greedy businessmen rather than professional dentists. The doctor is at least 70 years old....although his skill is, on the other hand, "young". He applied small amount of anaesthetic which caused great pain. I only had one tooth

Pros: facility and environment
Cons: cost, doctor's skill, patience
Friendly office, very personal. Dr. Dierenfield is very nice and very capable, but an over-treater like so many dentists I've seen in the past. They do not appear to have a patient overload - i.e. I was able to get a cleaning appointment scheduled fairly soon as opposed to the many-months wait I've had at many larger clinics. The place is clean, soothing and has extremely modern equipment. But I was quoted insane prices for what seemed to be unnecessary work - replacement of fillings that were only a few years old, drilling of cavities that have since mysteriously disappeared (do cavities heal themselves?).
For routine work - good office. But I would definitely be aware and get second opinions before agreeing to any work beyond your "scheduled maintenance" - cleanings, etc. It just seems they try to find ways to make money - I guess the stuff covered by insurance doesn't pay the bills? Bummer. Don't take it out on me, though, you know?
