this was the first time in --- forever --- I felt that this place did not take advantage of me -- my car had lots of problems and I needed them to do a care plan and tell me if this car was worth fixing -(and if it wasn't why not)
they fixed just want I wanted them to fix and gave me a run down on what needed to be done and how soon - without ripping me off ----" SO LADIES - BRING YOUR CAR HERE"

Great service, and quick too!

My truck died about a block from their shop, so I figured I'd walk down and get an estimate. It was towed in on a wednesday afternoon, and they had the starter replaced by noon on Thursday. The price was right, and staff was very friendly, knowledgable, and courteous. They also didn't seem like they were trying to pull a fast one on me, either. I'd definately go back.

Best Mechanic I've ever Had

Lee Myles is the best auto repair shop I've ever done business with. They have always taken care of me in a timely and professional manner. They have done work on my Toyota, VW, my nieces Cougar and my friends Ford Explorer. My friend had taken her Ford to a competitor to get a quote. When she called me to ask if the quote sounded fair I told her to get a second opinion at Lee Myles. To our delight the quote was lower ( by about $100.00) and Lee Myles informed us that some of the work was not required. She is now a loyal Lee Myles customer too. I now recommend anyone, friends, family, and even a couple broken down in a parking lot at the grocery store, that asks try Lee Myles before you go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

Reliable, Honest

I have been using Lee Myles for the past three years, They've never told me I need a million things done when all I came in for was a specific problem. They are clean and my wife feels comfortable going there with out me. We recommened these guys to our friends or any one that is fed up with the shops that are trying to make there mortgage from you.

Horrible Service!

My friend and I are from Wisconsin, and we were on our way to San Diego, when we started having transmission problems in Denver. We took our car in to Lee Myles because of the good reviews they had gotten, however, our expectations were soon dashed. After getting the car in the Saturday before Memorial Day, they told us on Monday that a full replacement and rebuild of the transmission would be done on Thursday. Thursday, when we were ready to leave, they called us to say that it would not be done until Friday. On Friday, we called them wondering what was going on, and apparently a gasket had been nicked, and that would need to be replaced also. They told us that Saturday late afternoon would be the very latest that it would be done. Saturday, they told us that they needed a little bit more time, and that it would be done at the very latest by Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon, at 5 o'clock, since they had not called yet, we called them and they, ONCE AGAIN, put us off and said that the car would take 2 more hours of assembly, that would make it 7 o'clock pm, and since their shop closes at 6, we would have to wait til Tuesday morning. Basically, they put off the completion dates 4 times, and this proved to be a huge frustration for us because we were stuck in Denver for a week and a half because of their inability to serve customers well and according to their word.

It was nice to meet everyone and everything was explained and no hidden prices or surprise's. The staff was very friendly and Jan made us feel at home. It was nice to find a good shop, we had thought those days were gone.

My husband and I have been going to Lee Myles for 3 years. Our first visit was because Lee Myles had the most affordable quote versus other auto body shops. Even though we live 20 miles away from Lee Myles, we wouldn't take our cars any where else. They do such a great job. Lee Myles is family owned and Jan & Karen take good care of our Honda, Lincoln, and Isuzu. Anything from oil changes to a complete engine makeover - Jan is the best! We have gotten: New spark plugs, coils replaced, electrical issues fixed, oil changes, brakes, ball joint replaced, etc. Each time we have been to Lee Myles we have been completely satisfied!
Pros: Friendly and professional people. Open Saturday!
Cons: May have to leave your car overnight.
