I travel a lot and rent cars for my work. Usually I end up staying couple months or longer depending on the project I am on i each place. So that I always look for economical car rental rates along with good customer service which is not easy to get nowadays. I rented a vehicle from Goodmiles Rent A Car in Seattle over 2 months period and impressed with the quality of customer service and cleanliness of the cars. These folks not only provided old fashion, good quality customer service but they also did go extra miles for my specific needs which you can not expect from major car rental companies. Car that I have rented from Goodmiles was a late model sedan; very clean, non smoker vehicle. I have initially booked my reservation online at their web site www.Goodmiles.com and get confirmation before my arrival. They actually and physically reserve and hold a vehicle for you not like other companies taking reservations without counting their inventory! Best of all Goodmiles has super low rates for Seattle car rentals so that you do not need to worry about finding car rental discount codes or coupons. They offer low rates with no hidden charges. All you pay is the rate plus tax. Goodmiles has main location in Everett, WA with several so called satellite pick-up locations throughout Greater Seattle area (they call Puget Sound) in WA. By the way they are very much specialized in long term car rentals and short term car lease for individuals and business customers. I would highly recommend Goodmiles to all who need to rent a car in Seattle Washington.

I relocated to the Seattle area on a temporary basis and needed transportation for an unknown period of time between one and four months. I ended up finding Goodmiles online and rented an economy car from them for a little over three months. I am very happy overall with my experience. The customer service was excellent with very attentive, professional staff. They even picked me up from the nearby Amtrak Station (since I was car-less) when I came to pick up the car for the first time, which saved me from having to take a cab. Safety is also a priority for them as they do inspections on their vehicles every time you renew a monthly rental agreement. The car itself was in very good condition and not at all a clunker like you might get at other companies for the low price that Goodmiles provides. They're a small business that deserves recognition for their great value and reliability. It doesn't make sense to rent a car from anywhere else - I know because I shopped around. I highly recommend this rental company and plan to use it again for all my future temporary car needs when I return to the area.

I have been renting from Goodmiles for last 3 years for my summer vacations in Seattle. I have had excellent service and get great prices and am always treated like VIP. I get extremely fast and courteous service. Cars are not brand new, 5-6 years old but cleaner than new. Last time they offered me a free upgrade. The car was affordable, extremely clean and completely trouble-free and the staff was wonderful. In addition, I have never been harassed by the company when I turned down the insurance. Most places, they try to badger you into it, and it always makes me uncomfortable.
I would recommend Goodmiles every time.

Rented a car for a month. Kind of an old beater-lots of dents with the bumper barely hanging on. Only 1000 free miles. Upon return he wanted $80 to wash the car. Watch this guy! With the extra miles etc. it was about the same price as budget.

We needed to rent a car for our son coming to Seattle for 3 weeks. Called around
every company in Seattle wanted to charge a lot of extra fees just because he is 21 years old. Finally found Goodmiles Rent-A-Car. Goodmiles offered super low rates with no extra fees. Car we have rented was nice and clean and service was exceptionally professional. We honestly was not expecting to get such a clean and nice car for a dirt cheap car rental rate in Seattle. By the way they have also gave us free upgrade from economy to midsize so my big son got a big enough car for economy price. I definately recommend. Five star service.
