JB Custom Remodeling & Landscape Construction

My wife and I own a new construction home in Temecula, and had to landscape the backyard. We needed a very large concrete patio poured, sod, irrigation and drainage on a acre lot. At the same time we needed some built-in cabinets and shelves in the living room. The great thing about JB Custom Remodeling is that they do it all, inside and out. Jim Bateson is a consummate professional whose knowledge, skill and customer service set the example for others to follow. Jim is the first to tell you that he is not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. However, he is second to none when it comes to quality of work and materials, and he proves this by providing his customers with a one year warranty. It is well worth a little extra to hire someone who gets it done right, and Jim gets it done right. He starts by walking the property with you to help develop the plan. This is where his knowledge and experience kicks in, as he is able to make invaluable suggestions and provides an attention to detail that enables you to develop the perfect plan. Immediately you being to feel at ease, because with Jim it is not a customer/contractor relationship, but rather a team effort. He then draws up a professional plan and contract, which my HOA, not to mention my neighbors, were very impressed with. Jims team laid a gorgeous concrete patio, which he had stamped, stained and sealed (twice) at no extra cost. He also included a 6 footing for a future pergola at a fraction of the cost. Once complete, they completed the drainage and irrigation, with 3 drain lines and top-of-the-line brass sprinkler heads. Next, they installed the highest quality sod, over 1 of quality top soil followed by starter fertilizer. It has been only three weeks and neighbors are already complimenting us on our lawn. We had Jim leave a planter area along the fence for future landscaping, so he ran an extra sprinkler line and electrical wire so we would not have to trench through our perfect lawn in the futureat no extra cost. He then continued the drainage through the front yard and cored through the curb. Finally, he installed the cabinets and shelves in our living room, with paint and crown molding that matched our fireplace mantle. Jim and his employees are professional, patient and courteous. He stays in constant contact with you throughout the entire process, and lets you know each day exactly what they accomplished, and what the plan is for the next day. On the rare occasion we experience a minor problem (sprinkler malfunction), Jim was onsite to repair it the next day. I am a 100% completely satisfied customer. More importantly, I have found my go to company for all future projects. JB Custom Remodeling and Landscape Design has our highest recommendation. Jims reputation precedes him; he is licensed and insured, and he has earned his well above average A rating with the Better Business Bureau.

We are so pleased with our outdoor kitchen area and landscaping , even though it took a little longer than proposed it was everything we where promised and more , best of all on budget.
