Michele has a quiet teaching style and really knows her Pilates. She has all the equipment in a very private space, and gives you 100% of her attention for your entire session. I went in with some very specific goals in mind and I have really learned a lot more than I bargained for. AND I feel great after every session!

Love Michele's style of teaching the Pilates exercises. After my session I feel so relaxed, elongated and flexible. The studio is small but has all the Pilates equipment and the athosphere is peaceful and relaxed. I am so glad I found a private one-on-one studio where I get 100% of Michele's attention.

I worked with Michele Benza for only a short while doing Pilates. I found that she was knowlegable and motivated, going out of her way to help me understand the exercises and feel comfortable. I decide to give her image consulting a try and discovered that there were colours and styles that I did not know I could wear! If you really wan tot feel good about yourself this holiday season, I do recommend her.
