When I made a purchase here, I specifically asked the manager about the return (NOT exchange) policy, and she conferred with her staff and said it could be returned within 30 days. However, they were not forthcoming about the fact that they will only exchange items for store credit.

I later saw the EXACT same item for 50% off elsewhere -- and a quickie Google search revealed that the item was being sold at clearance prices across the board.

When I went to return it, the same manager was snide and dismissive. She remembered me, and my very specific and clear query about their return policy, but refused to make any adjustment even though she admitted that she'd explicitly told me that I could return the item a mere two days before.

Now I'm stuck with a store credit for a boutique that I definitely do not intend to support in the future. I strongly recommend that you browse for ideas, and then purchase the same items online for vastly less money and hassle.
