They did a complete reroofing 6 years ago and it has leaked EVERY year. They want to charge me for the patching. Don't return phone calls. Completely unsatisfactory

I am a commercial property manager and I had quite the experience with Bilt-Well. I will let my letter to this company after completion of my commercial roofing project speak for itself: "I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the thorough job that was done at the restaurant [in locating the recurring 20-year old leaks]. We had pretty hard rains last night. I spoke with the business owner this morning and had them look around the restaurant for any water leaks ?? and there were none to report! What a welcome change both for the business owner and myself! It's hard to believe that this was such a simple issue that was overlooked time and time again until I found the right vendor. Sometimes that makes all the difference and I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate it. I will be using your company for future projects and recommending your services to the other managers in my office." I highly recommend this company for any roofing issues you may be facing. Original work had to scheduled several times. Couldn't get anyone to return our calla. Work was finally completed over 1 month after the contract was signed. Acutal work only took 1 day.
Work was done just over 1 yr ago and our roof is now leaking. Numerous calls to get someone out to look at our roof have gone unanswered.
We'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
PROS: None
CONS: Once the sale is made, they won't call you back.
