Wow what a unique place! I recently moved to Los Angeles from Europe. I have been going thru allot during the past few months and have been searching to find a place to help me relax and reduce my stress. I started looking online to find a place that offers Infrared Sauna's. I haved used Infrared Sauna's back home and got allot of benefits from it. Anyway I found Fbe Spa, made an appointment and went in for a day pass. I was quit surprised when I got there. The place was relaxing, beautiful and great energy. I was very happy not to only find the Infrared Jade Sauna they have but also a vibration machine which I loved. I had tried the power plate and vibration plate, but the whole body vibration machine they have is amazing.
I also really enjoyed their air therapy which is great for detoxing and better circulation. I left the place feeling like a new refreshed person. I signed up as an member and can't wait to go every week.
If you are looking for a place to relax and reduce your stress and maybe lose some weight and detox at the same time, than you will love this place. It's also very clean and great staff.
By the way everything they offer is hollistic and non invasive. I highly recomend this place and hope they keep up the good job they are doing.

I have been a member now for three months and I can't thank the staff and product line enough for the amazing transformation I have experienced. The weightloss/detox regime really "jump started" my transformation and the vibration exercisers (similar to the Power Plate, only better) have taken my weight loss and muscle definition to a whole new level. After training for six months before my last Marathon, I didn't see the muscle definition in my legs that I now see using the vibration plate. I have cancelled my gym membership at LA Fitness (it seems ridiculous to go there after seeing these amazing results in such a short time on the vibration machine at FBE Spa).

I have a whole new vitality for life! Using acupuncture treatments for weight loss and anti-stress, for the first time in two years, I no longer take sleeping pills to fall asleep at night. What a huge relief this is (let alone a cost savings) Thank you ! ! ! !

The filtered alkaline water has really helped my disposition as well. And what a treat it is to nap in the infrared jade saunas while my body is de-toxing and burning calories while I sleep. This is a holistic dream where I can take responsibility for my own healthcare and nurture my body temple on a whole new level. Plus, I am meeting the most amazing people who also share my quest for better approaches and solutions to healthy living and a prosperous life!

I have been a member of FBE for over a month now and can't believe the results so far. I am much less stressed and am really toning up! I like the vibration exerciser (kind of like Power Plates, which I've also done, but even better) and the jade infrared sauna. Both burn a ton of calories with minimal effort. This place is like a cross between a spa and a gym. No huffing and puffing or sweating on a treadmill -- it's like pampering your way to a better body. I'm actually kind of shocked it works because it's so easy, but I am proof. My body is firmer already, and the relaxation of the infrared sauna has done wonders. Also helps with antiaging and detox too. Couldn't recommend this place more highly!

I am so excited to have found FBE Spa. Because I am asthmatic, cardiovascular exercise has always been difficult for me. I have been looking for a place/spa/gym that had vibration plates and finally located FBE. Since I started using the machines, I have lost weight and have more energy. Each time I use the vibration machine, I figure out different ways to enhance my workout. I highly recommend giving this a try.

From the moment I walked through the door, and smelled the subtle aromatherapy, to the 30 minutes I was floating in the infrared jade stone sauna therapy beds, I felt like I was taking care of myself and treating myself to luxurious treatments you can't find anywhere else. This holistic Heaven on earth has to be experienced to be believed. The staff is so friendly and helpful that they feel like friends. They are attracting an amazing community of people who are conscious about who they are and wanting to support their emotional, spiritual and physical qualities through Eastern medicine techniques and the latest breaking technologies for fitness. I am a 45 year old male, and in the past 3 weeks, I have lost two inches on my waist and dropped that weight that's so hard to lose around my stomach, lower back and thighs. This was from using their amazing weight loss and detox nutritional supplement programs. Their Body Composition Analyzer is so cool. It measures your total body water, fat free mass, lean soft tissue mass and tells you what your daily target calories are to achieve your goals. I have also started acupuncture sessions to reduce my stress and anxiety levels. WOW ! What a difference I am feeling already, just after two sessions. And they have the most AMAZING myofascial massage therapist that has helped me to take my relaxation to a much deeper level and release toxins in my body that have been there for years. The vibration machine is firming and toning my whole body, but ESPECIALLY my chest, stomach, arms and butt. The view of the La Brea tar pits park is so calming and grounding while you're standing on the vibration machine, letting it do all the work for you. You HAVE to check this place out. It's one of L.A.'s best kept secrets and I'm sure it won't be long before there's a waiting list to join this fantastic facility.

Lately, life has been so stressful and I really needed to relax. I made an appointment for a massage at FBE Spa on Wilshire and was very impressed with the relaxation machines that they have that prepped me for my therapy. I used the vibration plate (not sure what to call it) and another machine that massages the body with air pressure. The combination of the machines and the 90 minute deep tissue massage made me feel like I was in heaven. I can't wait to try one of the other services. I will definitely be back.

Being a performer, my health and looking good is part of my job. I found this place because I had decided to do a detox and it was recommended that I find an infrared jade sauna. after searching this was the only place in LA I could find them. But when I went to FBE, I was instantly impressed with the other services available!

The infrared jade sauna is definitely fantastic and they also had a vibration machine (this isn't available anywhere else in LA but you can goto NYC and they charge 250 for a half hour!) and a presso machine (or leg therapy) .

Presso therapy is a lymphatic drainage machine that definitely clears the body of toxins and definitely helps you drop pant sizes. I had recently spent 80 bucks for a half hour at a BH spa. But at FBE it is included in the monthly fee- and you can use it unlimitedly! So no appointments, no time limits and no extra fees!

And the vibration machine is awesome! You instantly feel good when you use it as it works the large and SMALL/hard to train muscles in your body- lengthening, strengthening your muscles while burning fat. And it is fun! I have been able to define every area of my body in half the time I would normally spend lifting and doing cardio. Plus it increases bone density and uses 100 percent muscle fiber instead of the normal 40 percent that you use during lifting. And on top of all of this, the people are awesome- no snobs or bs here, the place is clean and relaxing and for a monthly fee you can use all of these machines any time you want for as long as you want!

And I recently started using their Genesis supplements and juices and think I am hooked! All in all, this is a secret gem and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to look and feel great, to relax, to heal from injuries or just look good on the beach and of course, to detox! Oh yeah, and on your first visit, you can try everything for FREE! Love this place!

This was my first time in a Jade sauna or on the vibration machine, and it was a great new experience. I am getting over some injuries, and this was a great alternative to weight lifting or cardo (running on a treadmill) because it was low-impact, easy, and quick. I left feeling very relaxed, as I do after a great workout.

I was someone who for years payed a membership to an excercise club and very rarely went because I don't like to excercise in the conventional way, until I found FBE Spa. The vibration machines helped me with my circulation problems and also jumped started my weight loss. 10 minutes of vibrating ( and no sweat!) is equivalent to almost an hour of running. I also love the lympatic drainage compression machine it has helped me with circulation, lympatic drainage and detoxification. The Jade Sauna allows me to relax, rejuvenate in the warm bed of jade stones and also detoxify, sweat and burn calories while sleeping! Combined with the Genesissecret weight loss program offered here I have released 15 pounds in less than a month! The owner is knowledgeable and a wonderful human being. I highly recommend this Spa.

I finally found a place in LA to try the latest celebrity exercise-vibrational therapy! If I wondered why celebs who use the vibration therapy look so good-now I understand why. Standing on the vibration machine targets every area of my body-back, hips, arms, even chin and even cheeks(I'm talking about those on my face, but of course it targets those cheeks too :). It feels so good-and gives me a full body workout. I really feel invigorated and stimulated after spending about 15 minutes on the machine. My treat after the vibration "exercise" is the lymphatic drainage air pressure machine. It squeezes your body to the degree that you choose and gets your lymphatic fluids flowing-this is a great way to assist your body in detoxifying. Then there is the jade sauna where I take a long hot nap-while continuing to burn calories in detox via the infrared lights.

There is no part of my day that I look forward to more than going to FBE spa. My body has become so much firmer- I can't believe it. Having been asmatic my whole life, and unable to run, the vibration machines are an absolute god-send. FBE is such a great alternative to the chaos of a gym. I didn't think that burning calories and speeding up my metabolism could be so relaxing. Also, the jade saunas are wonderful. Since using them, my skin literally glows. At least one person tells me this everyday. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The best place to escape from the rest of the world, minus the expense of a spa day. Each time I have left this place, I am left feeling like a new person. The sauna literally rids you of toxins in your body that you cannot rid from working out alone. The infared light penetrates beneath the skins surface to expel impurities that all of us no doubt have, especially after a long weekend. The vibrating machines are the weirdest feeling and shake fat in places you never knew you had it! However, they really build your core and increase your stamina, use this machine as an add on to your cardio workout and you will definitly start to notice results. I wasn't sold until I saw recent pictures of myself in a bikini, and thought for once in my life that I actually looked good! Then I realized that its because I had been incorporating this place into my weekly routines twice a week. There are roller beds that I love to fall asleep on, and a space suit that massages your body, ridding it of harmful white cells. It all sounds a little cooky, but you must try it to believe it! It will change the quality of your life. Also, the owner Jiun is warm and welcoming, and treats her customers like family!

This place is incredible!!! You have to check it out!!!! I didn't believe it was true that you could stand on a machince for 10 minutes and it would be equivalent to working out for an hour!!! If I hadn't seen the amazing results of my co-worker I would have never gone!! I'm so glad I did. After one session, I could feel my body making positive shifts. They have these beds; one to adjust your plevic area, one to adjust your back and my all time favorite the lymphatic bed. It gently squeezes your muscles and moves around your lymphatic sypstem. It is sooo relaxing and soo good for you. The grand finale is the jade sauna. You go in this space capsule thing and sweat your buns off. They say in 30 mins you can burn 600 calories-nice! You leave this place stress-free and you had a GREAT work-out!!!
