just visited this location and was blown away. I always buy online and wanted to see the colors first hand. I was immediately welcomed by Michelle who in fact made me feel like a guest not a customer and whose smile was genuine. She answered all of my questions also making sure I knew different options. Kudos to her. The store was busy with makeovers/consultations. Very friendly atmosphere. Clean and well organized.

I walked into the Bellevue store very excited to stock up on makeup. I walked in and was not even greeted or noticed. I did not feel welcome or that they wanted to help AT ALL. I ended up leaving and going to Sephora instead.
Pros: Low Prices, Great Color
