Dog & Cat Spa

I have done a lot of research about daycares and this is a middle of the road facility. A good one at that.
Cement for dogs has pros and cons. It is easy to clean. Mats while nice are porous which is not conducive to sterile cleaning. Breeding ground for bacteria. Liquid seeps between the mats as well. It is hard on joints, but some raised bed should give dogs a break from this as would raised platforms with single sheets of matting on them.
Keep in mind this is a business that caters to the middle class. It is not a top of the line facility nor should you expect perfection from them. They do not offer true spa services or lavish daycare/boarding. What they offer is an affordable groom without all the frills, clean low stress daycare, and basic boarding. Some may call it old school kennel boarding.
They have an exceptionally well educated owner and employ skilled, experienced staff. They are as green a company as you can find in this field and are all about the pet, not the fashion, or high dollar. You should recall the saying, "you get what you pay for." This company offers care and service between low cost and high end. Those who expect the high end service deserve to be disappointed as they are being unreasonable and unfair. Do your research BEFORE leaving your pet anywhere!

The Dog and Cat Spa are great, the employees are very kind and so helpful. Other day cares and spas for your babies arent any better, cement floors or mcuh easier for cleaning up accidents, they make sure they are well fed and cleaned and get time to play with the other dogs and there is always someone to watch and mae sure the dogs play nice. Accidents also happen, sometimes dogs get fiesty and may get a little soap in their eyes it should not be blamed on the people who are running the business because they truely care.

I went to the new location and had the OWNER cut my dog and got the worst cut my dog has ever had. EVER! I also got to see the Doggy Daycare and it's on CEMENT! Horrible place. Not recommended.

The staff at the Dog and Cat Spa are wonderful. They ask great questions, care about your animal's specific needs, and provide great advice on care and feeding. My dog recently boarded there, and returned home all groomed and happy.
