Order the "special" yellowtail handroll. Every piece we order makes us all stop every single time to think about how good it is. I order things here I would never order anywhere else and I am never disappointed. (And I am a bit of a picky eater).

Keisosan selects the fish himself, and is willing to make recommendations based on that day. Also, he remembers my food allergy and the names of my friends every time we come in. I rated this restaurant a perfect 10 because I love the people there, the sushi is incredible, the price is reasonable if not a bargain, and let me say it again the sushi is amazing.

Pros: Keison and his staff are sweet, the food is fantastic and its not too expensive to be a regular.

Cons: No take out, everything else isn't as good afterwards.

This is one of those warm rice joints. The quality of the fish is comparable to Echigo, Sasabune, Abe (newport), etc. The chef has a new approach on how to serve the sushi. He will try to maximize the natural flavor of the fish. Using very little soy sauce or ponzu. He will let you know if you need it or not. The price is per piece ranges from $3-6. On a Friday night, it was fairly empty. Seats were available immediately. But since it's only been opened for 3 mths, we need to spread the word and give our support. My dinner came out to $90 for two. That's without alcohol. We each had about 10-12 pieces. Try it. You'll enjoy it.
