I've taken my kids from time to time to the Family Affair Barber & Salon. They get very busy, so you need to make an appointment if you hope to be seen. I liked the final cuts they did on my kids, but I had to talk the stylist through exactly what was acceptable on my son. She wanted to do an edgy cut even though I told her I wanted something more conservative. In the end, she did what I wanted, but I felt that I had to be very direct and blunt the whole way through.
