(by ELAINE B.) <p>We had a great experience here - nice decor, professional staff, and the food was exceptionally good.</p> <p>One of us had the 5-course tasting menu and the other had the 2-course pre-fixe menu - in total we tried 7 different dishes. I liked them all, with the artic char, irish salmon, and beef cheek being my favorites. The yuzu sorbet that they served between our courses was EXCELLENT - very refreshing and perfect to cleanse our pallets. </p> <p>We also got to chat with Tak, the owner of the restaurant. He is an older Japanese man who takes very good care of his customers.
