Im so sick of being stalked by the same two men! Every single time inwalk into fred myer, a man practically waits for my boyfriend and i to go shopping. The other follows me around as well. Ones a mexican and the other is a tall short haired male. Ive contacted fred myer and theyve done nothing. These men watch me shop for clothes, esp when i was shopping for a bra and panties. They wait for me to come out of the bathroom and stalk me around the entire store. I dont even feel safe coming here. I am only 16 years old. This man watched me as i explores movies and music just the other day. Oc/1/2012. I hate this. Theres no other store like this in monroe. If there was i would never again shop at this store.

My self, my sister and my Mom have lived & shopped at the Monroe Fred Meyer for several years. We have had great service inside the store with no complaints. However I do have another type of complaint. I take my disabled Mom shopping once a week. She has alot of trouble walking without hanging on to the cart etc. I have a disabled permit for her but when all the spaces are full I drop her off (and help her in) at the doors where the BECU cash machine is located. I then park my car and walk into the store to help her shop. When done I walk her out and have her wait while I get the car to pull up and put the groceries into the car etc. What I have encountered on several occasions are the rude, uncaring people who PARK to go do business either at the cash machine or to "run" into the store quickly. I encounterd that problem today 1/25/09 and could not even get to my Mom while she was standing there holding on to the cart of groceries. I beeped my horn & a lady go out of her Hummer and approached me. I asked to move because my Mom was waiting and that she was in a "NO PARKING ZONE" . She ignored me and proceeded to the cash machine. I rolled down my passanger window and told her to please move etc. she told me she was not "parked" because her motor was running.I tried to explain that my Mom was disabled etc. but she just called me a name and yelled back. She did move but was complaining to the others around her about me. I have registered verbal complaints with the store manager on two occasions. I am asking that something be done to ensure this does not happen anymore. I understand that the Merrill Gardens Bus and the armoured car has to park there, but as far as others it is totally disresepectful to our elderly & disabled citizens and something needs to be done. My suggestion is to re-paint the no parking sign painted on the ground, as well as posting a good sized sign stating that the area is for drop off, pick up only and maybe state in respect for those who are elderly & disabled. I may also suggest that you have your workers go out periodically and check to see that the patrons are not abusing the "no parking" rule. I enjoy shopping at Fred Meyers and want to continue to do so. Please take the suggestions into consideration not only for those who are not as fortunate as many, but for the MANY loyal patrons of your store. I am also going to register a verbal complaint on Friday when I come shopping.
Thank You

This is the best F.M. store I have been in, especially when I started working here May of '98. The people here are absolutely tremendous here.

I am a regular customer at the Monroe Fred Meyer. Every time I go there I feel like I am at home. All of the employees are helpful and go out of their way to make sure I have found everything I am looking for. The customer service is exceptional and I have never been given an attitude anything less than friendly. If I could, I would give the Monroe Fred Meyer and all of it's employees 10 out of 5 stars!
