House Of Auto Finance

I bought a car from this dealer that was in a previous accident and they refused to take it back. If fact just before I took the car, they back dated the "due bill" that would have required them to fix the damage. They knew that it was damaged and they unloaded it on me. There were 2 separate counts of fraud. Then after many months of negotiation they wanted to put me in another car of their choice. I finally initiated legal action against them for contract fraud before they gave me my money back and I still lost $5,000 in expenses. The city attorney knows about these people.
