Their office is always full with customers and some time getting an oil change may take 30 minutes or more. But its worth it, they are really the best! They are the cleanest most honest and reliably auto repair I have seen. I will keep going and recommend to anyone.

My car did not pass smog a shop told me it will cost $650 to fixed.but i'm on a fixed income and my car is old so i called AAA.They send my to Expertec and Expertec fixed my car for $140 and the car passed smog.they where so nice and explained every think too me.

Expertec has always treated us very well as customers. They have always been honest and fair. They keep my car in tip-top shape and always advise me on ways to maintain my car so that it will stay dependable to get me back and forth to work. I drive about 400 miles a week so, I know what wear and tear that can do to a car. It's nice to know that there are places out there that are still honest and stand by their quality of work. I would recommend this place to everyone if you need a honest and reliable mechanic.

I have only used these people once. They did a great job though and were very fair with the price that they charged me. No pressure was applied, very friendly and helpful guys!

I have been using Expertec for many years. I also bought a car through them several years ago. Their service is outstanding and their mechanics are very well experienced with all models. I also get my car back on time, and it is always clean inside and out.Their rates are very competitive and always offer specials and weekly coupons.

As in my other review for repair places, you don't expect to need them but when you do, having experienced shops make a difference. This place did a great job with little aggravation.

It's always been hard for me and my family to trust mechanics ...
but after I was referred to Expertec - I will refer everyone to this place!
they charged me what they said they would, they explained what needed t be done and even showed me the part they replaced.
I will probably never go to another repair shop.

You know when you are a girl and you take your car in to get fixed somethimes you have left and felt you were being taken for a ride? Well, I did not feel that way when I took my car here to have a full check and tune up. They were very good at explaining everything to me so I knew and understtood and called me along the way if they felt there was something I needed to fix that I was not aware of. Good Service and was fairly priced.

I used to take my car to the dealer for years but they always found things wrong and charged my a lot of money.I went to Expertec Automotive with a list the dealer gave me and because my roommate told me about Expertec .Chris the service guy went over the list and checked the car.it was all wrong and the dealer wanted to ripp me off!!!
I love those guys at Expertec And will go send my family.

My family and I have been having our cars serviced by Expertec for several years now, and I have to say that they have always treated us very well as customers. I can drop my car off, use the courtesy shuttle service to bring me back home and wait for them to call me when my car is ready. Its very convenient and feel that I can trust them with our cars.
