I will never go back there. The salesman Sam Strok took us for one test drive. When I indicated I wanted to drive another car on the lot, he refused to get the keys saying it was 6:50PM and he had another customer to take care of. We were basically told to leave (not in so many words, but that was clearly the message). My wife and I have never been treated like that in a dealership. We purchased our Lexus at Infinity dealer next door - great guys, I highly recommend them.

I took an older Lexus that we were thinking of purchasing for my daughter to the SS Lexus dealership. The service was second to none. The cost of a complete "once over" checking out all the systems and making sure I wasn't buying a lemon, was just $100. Worth every bit of money that we spent. The car was a great car for years for my daughter.
The staff that helped me were wonderful. I would highly recommend buying or servicing a car at this dealership!!
