This is a lovely restaurant in the Westin Seattle where I am currently staying. I had the best halibut of my life here tonight - side dishes were delicious too. The serving and bartending staff were friendly and efficient. Atmosphere was as good as it can be. I love the Westin Seattle and Cold Water and would recommend both to anyone coming to Seattle.
