Pros:
* Great teachers and staff, very friendly and professional
* Good class size and teacher attentiveness
* Clean, safe, video security, you name it
* Academics are a strong focus, well-planned school days

Cons:
* Costs more than other daycares, but you get what you pay for. We tried a different daycare before coming to Cole. We left the other school and came to Cole because there is such a bigger focus on quality and learning here.

Our children have attended Cole Academy since they were infants, and we have been very, very pleased. The teachers we had are all well-educated with degrees in education. It was so nice to have such consistency, too -- the same teachers have been with the organization a long time so we've really gotten to know them, and they taught each of our kids as the younger siblings joined on. We've found the curriculum to be very learning-oriented -- our kids learned to read early, and when it came time for kindergarten tests and such, they were well above expectations for their age. The program is very consistent and the ratios are low in terms of not too many students-per-teacher. I also like that the facilities are kept neat and clean. Great preparation for kindergarten, too.

My daughter went to the one of the Cole Academies. The ladies that work there aren't very nice. They do not have enough assistants or teachers to watch the children. They have a room specifically for infants, they had 1 person in there and there had to be atleast 15 other babies in there. Some just sitting by themselves in their high chairs. Others just sleeping. And only one baby received attention at a time. It's not worth it to send your baby here when you can just get a babysitter who'll do the same thing for less than minimum wage.

My son also went there 16 months and he didn't like it so much either. He said they scream and yell and pull your arm if they don't do what they are told.

It's not worth it mothers.

My daughter started at Cole in Kunia when she was 18 months, part time. She is now 3 years old and attends the school full-time. She has an active vocabulary of over 400+ words and is able to communicate in sentences of 8-10 words. They have a very strong academic program and are very structured. It is very important since I don't have the time to spend with her reading and writing on a daily basis. We have seen her personality flourish at this school and have now enrolled our 8 month old son, full-time.

It's expensive, $2400 per/mo for both my kids including lunch, but my kids are worth it.

1. Very High rates for children; in which you pay for your childrens food on top of a fee of at least $1000 a month for child.

2. Unqualifed management
Directors are not qualified, none have their degrees and were promoted from clerical work. Only teachers have degrees.

3. Temporary Teachers
nearly 10 teachers have quit in last year.

Is this the kind of school you want your child to be in.......
