this place is ah. their service and everything is nice. good service, good price, but the food isn't all that fresh. the noodles come and they're all clumped together and the meat doesn't look fresh. the soup base is completely off and it's just really disgusting. i'm not the pho expert, but i know what's good and what's bad and this place is bad. i highly don't recommend this place for pho, BUT their spring rolls are really good :)
