I own a Prius and was looking for a Toyota dealer to do oil change around where I live (Tustin, CA). Came across their site and saw the ad for the oil change special. Today (09/16/09) I took my car to the service center at 4.20 pm and requested one of the service reps for the same. He entered all my information into the system, printed some papers for me to sign. I have noticed on the receipt that the price for oil change was 44.99. I mentioned to the service rep about the online special and he had told me that I have to have the coupon. NO WHERE IN THE COUPON IT SAYS BRING THIS COUPON TO RECEIVE THE SPECIAL RATE.
I used to live in Westminster and have visited the Toyota service center there many times in the past. During my visits without me mentioning they have always entered the coupons available when ever applicable.
I AM NOT GOING BACK THERE ANYMORE TO GET RIPPED OFF...

I asked for and got an appointment at the last minute for a used car check. Service people, Kristy & Leo, went well beyond my expectations to make sure I understood their findings. I've never experienced this kind of personalized service at any dealer before. They're the best. I'm confident they represent all the service providers at South Coast Toyota. I will be back even though it's a long drive - I have confidence in the people and the work. Well done!

I went in hoping they would be able to fit me into their schedule, and they looked at my car right away! Within 30minutes I was out and my car maintenance light was reset! Service is fabulous, and staff is very friendly and willing to help. Any concerns you have they will address.

I recommend South Coast Toyota to everyone. I purchased my last 2 cars from them, and numerous friends and colleagues have had excellent service with them. They go out of their way to treat you well, really listen to what it is you are looking for and work with you so you can get a car you can afford or get you financed. Bonus- you get a car you really love. They have a great service department and they also have used cars. If you are in the market for a new car, give them a call.
