Dreamy Draw Cat Hospital

This is by far the best veterinarian I have ever been to! Wow! Phenomenal! I was worried when my vet left the building and Dr, Oyan moved in. But now, I am thrilled! What a difference! The one draw back is that I am now expecting better customer service every where I go and that's just not a common thing anymore! Dr. Oyan should give customer service lessons to other businesses, especially those involved in helping professions!

I had to find a new vet when my vet of 10+ years retired. I came to Dream Draw Cat Hospital with the hopes that we would find not only treatment for our current medical problems, but find our new permanent vet. This is a cats only vet. Don't be put off by the tiny parking lot. The office has a really comfortable kitty vibe, with cat TV playing softly in the reception area. The exam room was exceptionally clean (even the corners). I felt totally comfortable to let my cats walk around the exam room (something I have NEVER done anywhere else). The receptionist/ technician Michelle was great. She was friendly, kind and very gentle with my cats and efficient with the paperwork and payment. But the best part was Dr. Oyan. She is so genuine. She took a through history, a through physical exam including palpating lymph-nodes and asked more follow-up questions than any vet I have ever seen. She addressed our medical concerns, nutrition, behavior, medications and expected outcomes from proposed treatment. She really put all the pieces together and even asked about my other cats at home to get the complete picture. I felt confident that all my concerns were addressed and we are on the road back to health. It is so rare that you have a doctors undivided attention. She gives you just that, she focuses completely on you and your cat. I know we are in good hands. She even kissed my kitty goodbye! I had two cats in carriers and Michelle helped me to my car. Her fees are very reasonable compared to others in the area and her fees are a super deal when you consider the extraordinary service.

Both the Dr. and her staff took special care of my cat when she became ill. Dr. Oien called me every day to give me updates on her condition and discussed with me fully the various options I had. This was veterinary care above and beyond my expectations. There absolutely is NO other place to take your cats if you want the best care possible.

Dr. Oien is wonderful. She even made a house call! Their entire staff is very caring, and respectful to me and my cats. I highly recommend her. This is the first business that actually went beyond my expectations.

Dreamy Draw Cat Hospital provides the BEST care for your cat that you could hope to find. The doctors and staff are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable, plus it is quite obvious that they truly love and care about cats. Hands-down the best place to take your cats for all kinds of care.
