I was just off the phone with one of BOA Reps. Ha, and she had no clue what an Acorn program was and just told me that she had never heard of that program. I asked several times to please asked someone in their banck if they knew where to go, or who to talk to refi my house with that program and she refused by telling me that they were a small branch.. So what she ment to tell me that because she works for a a small place they have the right to be ignorant, Amazing!

THIS BANK IS NOT LOCATED IN A VERY NICE PART OF STOCKTON THE TELLERS ARE NOT THE FRIENDLIEST BUT I THINK ITS JUST BECAUSE OF WHERE THE BANK IS I REALLY DON'T BLAME THEM.
